  "Really good stay, fantastic staff, nice clean hotel, good breakfast :)" (108364908)

  Absolutely fantastic staff. They couldn't do enough for us. Went over and above their job to help us in all sorts of ways. Really good rooms, clean and spacious. Very good breakfast.

  Few problems with the evening meal, but this was sorted out by the staff as best they could.

  Cooked breakfast neatly took 1 hour to come which is far too long to wait

  very warm welcome.lovley large room..exceptionally comfy bed, quiet location..nice friendly chatty bar staff

  Friendly Staff and for me a pleasure to stay there if you can keep the prices down because im over to Birmingham only for the villa games so im forced to stay on Fridays to Sundays so as to allow for sky tv

  Bar is shut at 11.30 im too old to go to late bars full off drunk kids

  friendly staff, room was fine, location great

  i was double charged for breakfast, i had reserved the room online with breakfast, the lady at check in then re charged me, it was pointed out when we arrived for breakfast the next morning and easily rectified by staff, but the staff member at the time complained that its not very clear on the online confirmation we brought with us. the service at breakfast was incredibly slow, we waited 30 mins at a table, we then had to go and find a member of staff to take our order, the food wasnt that nice for over seven quid, i asked for poached eggs, but they were rock hard! I didnt complain at the time as it had taken so long to get them and we were keen to get off. Also, our breakfast table over looked a yard area at the back of the hotel, whilst waiting for bfast we watched rats appearing from a hole in the ground (under bush to the left of the gate) gather items and disappearing back into the hole!! Yuck!!!
