    "Good basic facilities in a smallish room. Very good for City Centre bars & Restaurants." (108672988)

    Reception. Superb efficiency and very friendly. Good advice re eating out.

    Mixer tap in bathroom sink ran very hot before eventually getting any cold water. A/C defaulted to heating not cooling but soon sorted by reception.

    staff very friendly, bed comfortable, bathroom lovely, good continental breakfast, clean. Location was perfect. I liked the extras such as dvd player and of course free wi fi. liked papers at breakfast.

    Looks awful from the outside and not pleasant going down steps with luggage. I thought the bedroom was a good size and would have been almost stylish if the headboard was not what I considered to be very tacky. Found the room a little cold, did not heat well.

    Impeccable; jolie chambre et vraie salle de bain. Bien situé dans le centre du nouvel Aberdeen.

    Well appointed room. Extremely comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet. central location.

    requirement to book car park not indicarted during booking. room small.cracked toilet.cramped shower. no sweeteners with coffee in room. noise from road and upstairs. unappealing entrance lobby

    Friendly, excellent service. Fairly new and clean. Center city location with everything at the doorstep. Good buffet breakfast.

    Noisy. Overhead footsteps from bar above and from tiled floors throughout. Lots of stairs and inconvenient parking. Depressing colour of breakfast/reception - no natural light. Uncomfortable seats for breakfast.

    "Excellent staff, good breakfast. Rooms cleaned to a high standard. Good/relevant information pack in room. Very convenient location for all city centre amenities, shopping and eating. Good transport links. Free parking available, but book in advance." (107266019)

    Very friendly and helpful staff, city centre location, 5 minutes walk from train station. Good selection of food at self serve buffet breakfast, clean and well presented. Air con in room was quiet and efficient.

    Limited storage space in room. Room may be a little noisy due to location of nearby pubs/nightclubs. Lack of hot breakfast may not suit all.

    Clean, well presented room and bathroom. Double jacuzzi as standard. Good position in centre of town.

    We occupied room 7 situated under the bar above - did become rather noisy on friday night (thursday was OK). Hotel difficult to find when in a car! Be sure you ask for sirections, expecially for parking.

    the hotel was very nice, small but very modern. good location, right in the middle of the city near to shops, restaraunts and bars and easy to walk to from station. double room was awesome, quite small but very comfortable bed and spa bath was great..never seen this in a hotel before. hotel was very clean, staff were very friendly.

    the free-view in the room was very jumpy., maybe due to room being downstairs?
