not eneough parking spaces per room. most guests were there on business and single occupancy rooms

Service was good.
We would have profited more from a walk in shower in the disabled room as my husband has problems to climb into a bathtub.

The gentleman at the desk when I checked in at 11.30 in the evening on the 8th June was FANTASTIC. He should be promoted. I never fill in these sort of forms but I was genuinely impressed by the level of customer care at this hotel. From the staff at reception to the staff at breakfast the next day. A very pleasurable stay. Thank you

Know what we are getting and the standard to expect at a Premier Inn
No heated towel rail in bathroom. Breakfast too busy at the time we arrived - hotel seemed to have an influx of unexpected guests - possibly from the airport. Staff dealt with this as best as they were able. But left us disappointed.
