    Near the airport, we can walk to hotel.

    During checkin, front desk had telephone. We had NO reply during telephone.

    Very comfortable throughout - particularly the bed.

    Not enough tea & coffee left - equivalent to one cup only. Could have done with more.

    Good customer service, reception staff were friendly and efficent.

    wood work had recently been painted, and paint was evident on the carpet. Shower very low pressure. Room smelt strongly of paint odour. We were woken at 7am by builders/decorators shouting, swearing and and working in the room next door; and were using power tools; so we got up and left.

    Good website for making the booking. Overall a good site for other hotel bookings.

    Staff were adequate but did not go overboard. Lack of information with some points raised. Bar staff were very helpful and courteous. when we checked in the female was unable to give clear instructions re long term parking arrangements.

    Clean, friendly and efficient

    There was no bar open/places to get refreshments. I think the vending machine was broken.
