  "to be honest i expected the hotel to be 'a bit budget' but i was amazed at the value we got with the room, the hotel itself, the staff were amazing, i have stayed at hiltons before and i didnt get this high level of service, David and his team werer outstanding and i would so like my points passed onto them about how happy they made me. The 1st thing David told me was 'you're up north now where we're friendly' HOW TRUE" (108318142)

  the manager David made us feel welcome and valued guests, from check in to check out was a joy,every member of staff we saw in the hallways or restaurant said hello and had smiles the whole time, the room was spotless and very adequate, David gave us a local map hi-lighted route for our trip to the MEN Arena & the Hard Rock cafe, he told us other celebrity local facts over breakfast we really did feel so welcome

  no bad points - if i was pushed to say 1 it would be that i would of liked a shower cap in the bathroom, but other than that our stay was faultless

  "Our experience was overall a good one and we would stay at this hotel again but would request a room on the other side of the building which does not overlook the busy noisy street" (108722475)

  Very comfortable beds, excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, ideally located for a short walk into Manchester city centre

  Room overlooking busy street with trams until early hours which was very noisy and curtains not completely blocking out the light from the street lights directly outside the window

  Couple of particularly good staff - one on Reception, one in bar. Perfect location for our visit - an exhibition at the GMex

  Had a room at the front of the hotel - very noisy from road and tram traffic. If staying again would ask for a room at the back

  Friendly staff, excellent central location

  Shower poor, air con ineffective (weather warm and humid during our stay).
