    "We have stayed at this hotel on a number of times over the pst 10 years to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We have stayed in much bigger rooms in this hotel. It was disappointing that we couldn't be moved to a bigger room." (108598466)

    the room was far too small- when asled reception if could move to bigger room-was told that all rooms were full.

    Covenient location. Clean: hard working room cleaners. Triple glazed= quiet. Good area.

    Some of the staff,, good, some were indifferent.

    The hotel was more than adequate at the price. Breakfast was excellent.staff were friendly and corteous.

    breakfast staff looked overworked or under staffed,there is also a crazy habit of taking money from breakfast walk ins before seating hotel customers ,resulting in a large build up of people,wrong way round i would suggest also noisy air extractor underneath room ,would not stay in that room again

    The lifts and the foyer of the hotel were too hot a very stuffy and sineage poor

    could provide information on local bus services and local area. Waterstones have an excellent walking guide to Hampstead priced one pound fifty. Could be sold at reception

    "excellent generally particularly if you are a female guest or family looking to stay in london. my daughter and i felt safe and had lovely shop in camden which we walked to and from easily. tube station 2 mins walk away." (108979708)

    excellent location very safe fantastic range of restaurants and local shops walking distance.room clean staff very polite and helpful. car parking good value we left car for over 24 hours with no extra charge.

    silly thing but annoying remote control on tv didn't work but we were too tired to report it that night. strangely man was in our room next morning when we came back from breakfast changing the batteries which made us think they already knew and hadn't done anything about it! restaurant looks like it needs bit of a makeover too.

    Needs more coffee and tea in rooms. Cold water would be good in summer months Cooked breakfast could have been hotter

    "The hotel itself is well maintained and in good condition. The two efficient lifts were appreciated. The staff were helpful and friendly to us. The location and transport connections are outstanding." (107929325)

    Very kind and personalized service from the lady looking after the hotel breakfast. The staff in general was helpful and friendly.

    No drawer or small cabinet space in room. The Wi-Fi should be offered in smaller blocks than 24 hours. Currently too unflexible and expensive. If foreign TV channels were available, they were too difficult to find without explanation.

    Air Con broken - room was terribly HOT! Buffet breakfast left a lot to be desired.
