  "Staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived a couple of hours before check in time, but were able to leave our bags so that we could go shopping and a member of staff phoned us to tell us when our room was ready. We also received another call once we had checked into our room to check everything was ok." (107973197)

  Good location, 5 mins walk from Kings Theatre and 15 mins from Princes Street

  Nothing bad we can say about this hotel. We would definitely stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

  "Fine, no problems. I needed a comfortable room reasonably priced in a convenient location for the purpose of my stay. " (108772885)

  "Given that hotel rooms are in short supply and prices are inflated during August, this was a reasonably good/affordable choice. " (107272601)

  relatively convenient location; pleasant, helpful staff; clean & comfortable

  hotel exterior & surroundings are bland & a bit depressing

  quiet - great views over city

  room was stuffy but it was after a few days of very high temps for Scotland - a fan was provided which helped
