  All staff very good, very helpful. Very nice hotel, food very good. views of red kites from our bedroom window was fantastic.

  Bathroom, eletric shower not hot enough, hot water from hot tap very very hot,noisy cold water supply. Needs updating.

  "Beautiful surroundings, good food but just not quite there on service yet." (108248888)

  Food was excellent, nice we could bring our dogs. Good parking.

  wine was not chilled and when I asked for an ice bucket it was just full of ice, no water so the wine would never have chilled sitting on top like that. Had to chase the wine as we were almost finished our starters when it arrived. Was left waiting to check in for over 15 minutes even though there was someone in the dining room who ended up being capable to do it when I finally asked.

  "overall we had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay . " (107767443)

  the hotel was in a good location the staff were very friendly and the food was excellent .

  outdoor furniture on raised area needs more attention as table, chairs and umbrella in poor condition and a bit dirty, but we do realise that you are working on the house.prices per room were a little high.
