We were very happy with the hotel and friendliness of staff.
Hated the look of the tall painted building which seems totally inappropriate.

Staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant and bar very good. Service and food good. Location ideal for city centre shops.
None, although some drivers may find the exit ramp in the car park a bit tricky.

Very clean and comfortable. Nice large rooms. Staff very keen and friendly and couldn't be more helpful.

Room very nice, modern,clean. Staff very polite. Very good breakfast. Added bonus car park included.
Bed ok but a bit small.

We were impressed with the size of the room and the facilities available were very good. The bed was very comfortable and we both had a good night's sleep.
The breakfast was rather expensive, although the choices were excellent. The toasting machine needed clearer instructions on how to use.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
There were some parts of the bathroom that hadn't been cleaned sufficiently. We were in a particularly noisy corridor with lots of door slamming during the night.
