  The owner made us very welcome and was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was plentiful and good, and the room/facilities provided everything you could need. The house was warm, friendly and comfortable.

  "As above my stay was perfect, lovely hotel with very friendly owner who went out of her way to make the stay as pleasent as possible" (107844623)

  The owner was extremely friendly and welcoming, the room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. The shower and toilet facilities were excellent and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious

  "My wife and I made the booking after a bit of research and seeing the photos of the hotel on the internet. The lady owner, Joy, is very nice and hospitable lady and her 3 dogs were just great and very fun to play with. The B&B itself was not difficult to find and is very quite with very good view of the surrounding open fields. We booked a double en-suite room which had a power shower; it was especially good after the long drive getting there from Essex. Overall, we would high recommend this to all our friends."
