  "It did what it said on the tin!" (108179263)

  Clean, everything worked, no frills, just what we wanted for an overnight stay on the way to the Scillies. Surprisingly quiet. Able to book it well ahead, unlike B&B's via Tourist Information. Can get breakfast at he parent Hotel next door.

  Small rooms, I wouldn't like to stay for long

  "Our stay was adequate for one night but it did not leave good impression in me." (108786218)

  Location of hotel, near to beach and free parking.

  When I wanted to have tea I noticed that half of the milk containers were opened and used. During breakfast the staff were not friendly at all, did not welcome us and we had to wait about 10 minutes to get noticed.

  clean room

  - difficult to find the hotel (no actual address on the website and no explaination) whiwh is a big problem big problem - no real window in the room

  "Very clean,cheap and cheerful. No meals but a fair budget choice." (107816052)

  Clean, comfortable, all in good working order. Not expensive.

  No guidance as to how or where to check-in on website or at the location. Asked in neighbouring restaurant- who were helpful, but not happy at how often this happens. You check in at the hotel next door. They need to put a simple sign/notice in the window, it's easy, quick and cheap to do! Room has only narrow, high windows- the only drawback really.
