  new, clean, good central location.

  I requested a quiet room away from the road and was given a first floor room overlooking a busy bus stop and a central square. Room accessories functional - fridge not turned on, no hair dryer. Lift door had to be pushed open at one stage! All smacks of either early-stage teething problems or lack of attention to detail. Hopefully the former.

  "good location with bars, restaurants and shops easily reachable. bus stops right outside your door. tesco round the corner for shopping for food for the in room kitchen which was fully equipt with more than enough things for a 2 person room. " (108352098)

  clean, good quality fo rmoney, comfey bed that i wished i could have taken with me

  few lights werent working, werent shown how to use the lift/door code and as i couldnt figure it out i had to take the stairs to my 3rd floor room. room looked out onto office blocks which ment we had to keep the curtains closed when changing etc.

  Excellent location, well appointed modern flats, very comfortable.

  Front flats are noisy, so windows need to be kept closed at night. Items provided for guests (eg dishwasher tablet) do vary which makes planning tricky.

  "Booked a room with a harbour view and balcony but the room we were given didn't have a balcony. As the reception was not manned on our arrival nothing could be done the first night, but we changed rooms the following morning and the Staff were very helpful. The room that we were moved to had a balcony which was very nice, just what we wanted!!" (108188257)

  Good sized rooms, clean and new.

  Some of the lights were not working, no detergents, welcome pack etc left in the room

  Good central Location. Nicely appointed rooms and facilites, Newly built

  Because its central its noisy at night, seems to be student central round about there. No parking lcose by and no deal with NCP or anyone else which makes parking very expensive.

  A clean, well equiped, comfortable, and spacious appartment in the centre of Bristol, with parking close by, for the same cost as a B&B room. Very good value, I will use this type of hotel again.

  Door to balcony difficult to close, curtains let in too much light on a sunny morning

  "Great apartment let down by lack of attention to detail (not enough knives and forks) and no response at all from staff to freezer problem. Location is fantastic during the day but is only suitable for alcoholics and insomniacs at night. Too many bars and lots of shrieking drunks and yobs everywhere at night until 3-4 am. We couldn't sleep because of the noise. Bristol is a wonderful city but we would never stay anywhere near this area again. Only recommended for hen and stag parties. " (107660679)

  Apartment clean and spacious. Well equiped with TASTEFUL, good quality furnishings.

  Freezer was completely solid with ice and unusable when we arrived. We asked twice for something to be done. Nothing done afer 4 days. No egg cups. Only 3 knives and 3 forks between 4 of us - this should be checked. No inventory. Wire protruding from ceiling in bedroom? Large displaced panel with wires and circuit boards in hallway. Common areas not cleaned. Felt like the building was not finished.

  very convenient location for the harbour festival. accomodation was suitable for 2 couples to have privacy. Modern furnishings. Lovely bathrooms!Really comfy beds!

  Tried entering wrong doors as the main entrance is poorly signposted. Large panel on 3rd floor was obviously having work done, but was messy and electronic 'bits' lying around. Bulbs not working, and not replaced when reported to reception. Freezer door broken, but when opened freezer was a wall of ice was to be seen, and had been there for some weeks! No cleaning or inspection there then! Reception was dirty after guests left pizza etc after returning. This took a while to be cleaned as no staff on duty at the time.

  "EXCELLENT 10/10 " (107364994)

  Although we only stayed for one night me & my mrs loved it, It was quick and easy to book, the girl at reception was really helpful, the room itself was spotless and had a great view (just as i requested). I live in bristol but this hotel really made me feel like i was in a completely new city, at one point i even felt like i was on holiday.

  Not so much a bad point but i would say to anyone who stays in the hotel don't forget the code for the lift or you'll be taking the stairs which is a pain if your on any floor above 4.

  "Excellent location, right in the heart of Birmingham, and the apartment was very new and clean. A bit noisy (given the location), but generally really great value for money, the same price or cheaper than a single hotel room in the same area." (108325438)

  Apartment was very clean and new, the bed was very good as well. The staff were helpful.

  It was very hard to find! No signposting outside the building. They were unable to provide extra bedding for our daughter, although I had let them know we would be travelling with small children.
