"Above average stay" (107229426)
Good location for Fountains and rest of North Yorkshire and rest of Ripon, good breakfast, nice room

"The Manageress was very pleasant and helpful as were the Restaurant staff." (108393635)
I didn't like being called "mate" at the time I booked in.

Staff very attentive and polite
Bed not very comfortable,no mention of website that there is no lift and my husband found 2 flights of stairs difficult. The portion size of the Christmas pudding very disappointing.
