    Clean, staff helpful, facilities generally good. Noise not a problem even though warned about possible noise level beforehand.Tea & coffee arrangements good.

    Minor irritations only - cracked sink in bathroom, staff smoking outside in front of restaurant before breakfast

    "This was a very enjoyable stay and the staff were very approachable and helpful." (108582476)

    Overall we had a very pleasant stay, staff were very helpful and we enjoyed a lovely meal in the Restaurant the room was very comfortable and the towels and bed linen were fine.

    We had a problem with the shower, didn't stay hot for long, either too hot or too cold!

    Nightclub and pub nearby that resulted in a late night of noise.

    "Worst Hotel I have ever Stayed at. Will not be returning." (108497559)

    Extremely noisy from pub next door which made sleep difficult until after 00:30. Shabby & extremly noisy room. No iron, ironing board, or phone as was detailed in the hotel details.
