"Overall we were very comfortable and pleased with our stay" (97237943)
Staff were very helpful. Decor of hotel was fantastic. Breakfast was very enjoyable
No plug in sink. No facility in room for making tea or coffee. No mirror in bedroom area. For the price paid we felt the room was small.

Very friendly reception and staff in general. The staff always provided good information and assistance when requested. A very nice hotel and great location. I will certainly recommend to my friends

"Qu il n'y avait pas de parking devant , juste pour décharger les bagages.Il n'y avait pas la clim (région méditerranéenne....)" (97542049)
Le petit dèjeuner, parfait, la situation au centre de la ville.
Pas possible de décharger les bagages devant l hotel. La salle de bain : joints noirs, ou cassés, lavabo bouché .../... Bruits la nuit le samedi soir , pas de clim donc obligés de laisser les fenetres ouvertes.

"L'hôtel est agréable et chaleureux, la déco très sympa, petit déjeuner correct. On sent que la politique de l'hôtel est de créer un cocon de calme en réponse à l'activité bruyante du centre-ville. Une femme seule, ou avec un enfant, ne se sentirait pas en sécurité dans votre hôtel, le parking public est trop loin et en sous-terrain et le quartier pas sûr, surtout si on doit rentrer à pieds d'un restaurant ou autre, le soir." "J'aurais aimé savoir que la chambre présentait un confort aussi modeste. Peinture aux couleurs peu chaleureuses. Le mobilier faisait plus penser à une chambre d'hôpital qu'à celle d'un hôtel trois étoiles. Grande déception pour une nuit d'hôtel en amoureux. Seul intérêt : sa situation géographique" (97332924)

"Dommage que la qualité d'entretien des équipements de cet établissement magnifiquement rénové dans une bâtisse historique ne réponde pas au niveau architectural. On s'est contenté d'investir une fois et on n'a pas pas pensé au suivi. Très dommage. Personnel parfaitement aimable." (97174237)
Excellente réussite architecturale: mariage heureux entre ancien et contemporain.
Qualité (d'entretien) catastrophique des équipements sanitaires et électriques pour un établissement refait à neuf il y a peu d'années. Moquette tachée.

The hotel common areas were well planned and functional as well as sylish. What I would expect in a 4 star hotel. As per the hotel website there is also some uniqueness about the common areas which add to the experience.
Nothing really. The room was of an excellent standard, although just a little small in some places.

"Hotel was good value for money unusual building was very interesting. Hotel was very convenient for visiting the town as we could return to our room during the day and it was surrounded by bars and restaurants for evening and near to the market and shops." (99449912)

"The room was comfortable and we were made to feel welcome. The hotel is charming but perhaps the rooms need to be updated a little (carpets and painting). A few other small points - the shower hose leaked and needs replacing and it was difficult to remove the bath plug after bathing. We had to leave the bath water in the bath on the last day as we could not lift the plug. Otherwise I would definitely recommend the hotel." (107555397)
The situation of the hotel is charming. The staff were friendly, especially the delightful lady serving breakfast in the morning. I loved the character of the hotel.
The espresso machine did not work. The air conditioning was not effective and was inadequate for the hot weather, so we did not sleep so well. Nobody was able to fix these.
