    Clean,central hotel. Friendly, helpful staff, willing to speak English.

    No fire escape. I was on the fourth floor and would not have survived a fire. Instructions behind the door were try to block smoke coming in around the door with a wet towel and go to window and wait to be taken out!! Very noisy location

    The hotel was excellent, very clean, friendly staff and very convenient location. Value for money. Excellent breakfast.

    No bad points to the hotel. There was some building work going on at the back of the hotel and graffitti on the walls of buildings which lead to it - giving a bad first impression. This did not spoil our stay at all.

    Well established and run hotel going through a make over

    Office block being built next to hotel made it noisy first thing in the morning. When the block is finished it will spoil the view from some of the rooms

    Bon acceuil, services, qualité de la décoration et équipements sanitaires

    régulation du chauffage inexistante, obligeant à fermer complètement les radiateurs pour ne pas avoir trop chaud. Pas de système de ventilation dans la douche et toilettes.

    "Overall our stay at the hotel was very satisfying. The beds comfortable for a travel weary family, the staff amazingly friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated conveniently near the city centre and an easy walk to picturesque streets, park and lake as well as a multitude of wonderful restaurants and shopping." (97215919)

    The room was a bit small for a family with 2 small children even, but overall it was comfortable enough. The staff went way beyond to help us , giving directions and information.

    The breakfast buffet could use some hot food.

    "Please include the fact that this hotel is not located directly on rue Sommeiller. This information would have been helpful. When I arrived, on foot and in the pouring rain, I missed the sign which pointed to the hotel. I chose this hotel because of the close proximity to the train station, and was not dissapointed. I felt safe walking the several blocks, even at 05:00AM." (99488637)

    Room overlooked onto a car park roof. No Restaurant - had to walk into the main town to find a decent restaurant and when it is raining very hard it was not pleasant to have to do this. Car Park facilities were very limited and had to park in town car park which we found very expensive and unsure as to the security.

    This Hotel is easy to find and offers non smoking ooms and is very quiet. It's also right in the middle of town and has good parking facilities. The staff are friendly and speak excellent Enlish and the room rate is reasonable.
