    The location of the hotel is good and it is just a short walking distance to the Metro station. The staff members were very helpful and explained many places of interest in detail.

    We are a married couple and we asked for a double bed but were given twin beds instead. The mechanism of the water stopper at the washing basin did not work properly and the toilet ended up got flooded.

    Comfortable hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. They offered to keep our luggage on the day we checked out so we could spend an unencumbered day in Paris. It was one of the few that specified on line that it could provide a room with three single beds, which I needed for myself and my two sons.

    None really - a bit out of the centre, and not luxurious, but it delivered what it said it would.
