  the localization of the hotel

  wonderful staff

  "The room and bathroom were very small. However the beds were clean and there was plenty of hot water from a powerful shower. The staff were pleasant. The stairs were a little dangerous and the breakfast room was cramped. The lift should be condemned as it is just too narrow." (99003779)

  Very good position for exploring Paris.

  Hotel needs complete redecoration - shabby.

  Friendly and efficient staff, English speaking, very clean and well maintained hotel, location very close to Metro and RER stations as well as within easy walking distance Gare du Nord & L'Est, room just the right size and bathroom good - high pressure shower!

  Can't think of any criticisms, except maybe that the room adjacent to ours was a smoking room, and we could occasionally smell this at night.

  "There was a temp on the first and second night who was extremely helpful. In the morning, the woman at the desk upgraded us to a wonderful room." (99170224)

  "excellent budget hotel in good location. 20 mins walk to seine (chatelet) and excellent metro links. Selection of eateries in the area. excellent continental breakfast. Smallest lift ever - might be difficult for disabled persons. Rooms very warm." (99831947)
