    Room well/recently decorated, good location

    Don't remember there being a lift and the stairwell was being re-carpeted so a bit untidy

    the view from a window was very nice

    when we came back at morning from our visit at a city, we found our baggage not include suitcases at garbage outside from hotel.we was at shock from the attituid.

    l'equipe accueillante

    plus d'informations apres 23heures que le telephone de la chambre puisse non seulement recevoir mais emettre des appels internes car on avait des amis ds une autre chambre.les chambres a cote etaient trop bruyantes.

    "Apart from a mix up on our last couple of days regarding what we were paying and whether breakfast was included etc. the stay was superb. Not needing to be in our rooms for a great length of time meant it was ideal and great value for money. Lucky considering the extortionate rail costs which we weren't expecting." (97409906)

    Acceuil excellent. Un tarifs très attractif pour un hotel en plein centre ville. Le parking et les restaurants à proximité. La wifi dans tout l'hotel.

    Peut-être un peu mal insonorisé. Pas d'ascenseur.

    "Stayed with my sister for three nights. Disappointed on three counts, one no lift available - had to carry case up and down stairs, two noise in corridor during the night had to ask young boys at 2.30am to be quiet and thirdly no towels left one day, told by reception in the morning that we would need to come down to the desk and collect them!"     The facilities in the room were good (TV,fridge,safe) and the beds were comfortable.Breakfast especially the coffee very good.

    Shower room very small and shower head kept falling off!

    poor room services, no towels ,no pillowcases, bathroom shelf falling of wall, had to request both towels and pillowcases.

    salle de bain trop exigue. proprete de la moquette des escaliers douteuse. mobilier disparate et inconsequent. petit dejeuners sans interet.
