Location is excellent - qiet but at the right side of Jean les Pins... walking distance to beach, nice shops and restaurants. Also delightful park for small children a stones throw away.

Good location near downtown and the beach. Garage for my rental car. Nice garden and the possibility to have breakfast there. Spacious rooms with an efficient air condition. English speaking staff in the reception.

Very practical location near the sea. I was pleased to have a parking place in the outdoor hotel private parking. Extremely nice staff mainly at the reception desk. Very nice choices of original drinks at the bar
Not to have a small fridge in the room and not to have room service. Perhaps in future this could be offered.

Excellent staff. I wasn't charged for the night I missed to due a late train.
Americans have this problem with single-sheet toilette paper... Just not used to it but it worked ;-)... Also there was mold in the bathroom... No biggie for me but I thought I'd mention it.
