    Good location for local restaurant which was excellent.Easy parking on site.Good views of the channel.Room had excellent amenities.

    Only bad point was that the stair and landing carpets were stained and needed cleaning.

    Easy to book. Great welcome at front desk with very helpful staff. Room perfect for family of 5, double bed, bunk bed and folding bed as requested. Just across road from beach with great sand, view of ferries, made a great ending to our holiday in France. Breakfast very good value , relaxed and informal and started from 7am to 10am.

    None really, just toilet light not working but fixed within 2 minutes of asking a member ofstaff.

    The gentleman on reception was very polite and very helpful.

    The room was rather dirty around the edges of the room and was in need of decoration.

    convenient for channel crossings and in an excellent position opposite the beach with plenty restaurants in thn the vicinity.

    Since the road restrictions one way , the hotel is difficult to accesss

    On sea front and dining facilities next door

    The directions to the hotel did not tell us that the main marine drive became one way just before the entrance to the hotel and we drove to the far end of the prom and worked our way back when we could have taken the first road on the left after turning off the prom

    Great location, easy to find, staff at the hotel are very helpful, our second year at this hotel on our way back from Le Mans, and we are staying next year as well

    Easy to find, excellent position, clean and basic but good value. If you get the front rooms there are wonderful views of the ferries coming in and out of the harbour

    A bit of a long walk to a selection of restaurants.

    Ideal family room for 2 adults and 2 children. Had a kitchenette with a fridge useful to keep cold drinks Good breakfast.

    Could have been a little cleaner in the room generally. A little noisy during the night not sure where noise was from difficult to sleep.

    Easy to find, very close to Ferry, Eurotunnel & Cite Europe (shops). Free onsite parking. Restaurant next door. Free Breakfast for kids. Not mentioned in their info but they will put a travel cot in any room for free for children under 3

    Nothing major, one bedside lamp not working, no tea/coffee making facilities in room - but as ther was a breakfast bar downstairs this was not a problem

    large room, nice main area and reception. Hotel is in a good position.

    Room was grubby. Bunk bed looked on its last leg. Corners of the room were dirty. Toilet ceiling plaster was falling down. No plug for bath. No personnel on call. No manager to complain to in morning. No english speaking staff at all in fact no staff available in the morning except maids.

    Adequate accommodation with reasonable restaurant next door.

    1) Very noisy due to seating area outside our room being used late at night and early morning by other guests including young children running around. 2) Toilet pan in our room was so high off the floor that even I at 6ft tall had difficulty sitting on it! 3) There appeared to be no staff on site after 10pm.

    Helpful staff, basic but clean accommodation, good facilities, convenient for beach and centre of Calais, Eurotunnel. Good parking. Help from staff re: Eurotunnel closure (no help from Eurotunnel. Good breakfast at 7.00 am.

    Rather dull decoration of room. Information didn't point out that there were no cooking utensils although microwave and hob units in room.

    Very good location and will want to stay again on another day trip or long weekend where we can use the beach and go into town to have a look around
