    "the hotel was what we expected with no hidden surprise. It was set in a nice quite area. the room was very spacious with a nice bathroom a very large comfortable bed, there was also a kitchen area with a microwave a cooking hob and kettle and sink but I recommend you take your own cooking utensils, cups,ect. there is also a small breakfast bar with two chairs. all in all we found the room comfortable the only thing that was missing was a settee."     hotel was clean and in good condition, set in quiet area with supermarket and self service petrol station near by

    I think we were the only couple staying that weekend so bar was not open, also because they do not have a restaurant for evening meals we had to drive long distances to eat

    low ceilings upstairs (I'm 6ft 4and the ceiling was about 6ft 8)

    The quality of the renovated buildings & rooms especially the exposed brickwork & beams. The room (Loft) was large & clean with good quality fittings.

    A restaurant would have been a benefit.

    "We would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel if you like very good standard accomodation with plenty of atmosphere and helpful staff.We enjoyed our stay and will visit again if we travel to that part of France." (97791479)

    The staff were very friendly and the accomodation was very clean and maintained to a high standard.

    Nothing really although at the price the breakfast was rather expensive.

    "Th hotel was clean and in a great location. There was no evening meal available but the owners were able to recommend options close by (in a car). Great for kids as animals in the area outside seemed very safe and secure in terms of parking." (97761346)

    Very nice, antique furnishings and old buildings. A sense of history.

    Could hear noise from other rooms and downstairs.

    We liked everything about the hotel. It is in the country, yet so near to Lille in a quiet location near to a small village and handy for the motorway.

    The rooms have a microwave, fridge, kettle and hob but no cooking utensils, crockery or cutlery. Take your own if you are planning on making drinks etc.
