    Good position adjacent to the Loire, room size good. Room clean.

    Rooms and hotel needs updating.

    Fantastically beautiful location on the banks of the river Loire. Well kept gardens and adequate parking facilities. Clean comfortable rooms if a little hot at night but a fan was provided and windows protected by nets could be opened. Very convenient for the autoroute.

    No restaurant at this hotel, meals have to be taken at nearby restaurants or order a take-out, which was fine if a little inconvenient. Would like a longer period to take breakfast at weekends. We were very jet-lagged after a flight from US and 4.5 hour drive from UK; as a consequence we missed breakfast by 1 hour and had to breakfast on the autoroute.

    Breakfast quite good. Set back from the road. Bathroom and separate loo good.

    Room too small and dreary. Unable to have dinner at the hotel.

    Very friendly, helpful staff. Wonderful location and views alongside the Loire. Lovely garden area for al fresco eating.

    We were provided with a suite as hotel was otherwise full - this was excellent accommodation.

    No welcome tray of tea/coffee etc. - this was a significant disappointment
