    Lovely having tea making facilities in the room and much appreciated. Unheard of outside of the British Isles!! The very hot water was great for a very leisurely bath by both of us. Thanks.

    You couldn't swing a cat in the room! Door handle of bathroom was hanging off so relucatant to close the door!

    Quiet, convenient for Eurotunnel and autoroute, easy to find, parking area reasonably secure, receptionist friendly and helpful, breakfast ok.

    Room very compact, restaurant not open on Sunday night so had to endure the unforgettable experience of dining at the Buffalo Grill (nowhere else open within walking distance) - definitely not a gastronomic delight.

    The staff were wonderful and we all had an evening meal and it was local produce and very very tasty. It was easy access to motorway and other facilitiies.

    Conveniently located and easy to find. Good parking. Very clean. Friendly, helpful staff.

    Room very cramped. In reality too small for two beds.

    The hotel is very convenient for Eurotunnel and the restaurant is excellent value with a buffet starter and main course for only 11 euros.

    The hotel is supposed to be non-smoking but our room did smell strongly of stale tobacco. We did mention this on an earlier occasion but the management only offered to spray the room with air fresehener. The bathroom towels are very old, worn and hard. They really should be changed as a matter of urgency.

    No nonsense. super efficient. Friendly and very helpful staff. excellent value for money. clean and cheery. overall a good experience. close to local places to eat and just off the motorway for those wishing to have a prompt start to the motorway.

    Convenient - easy to find,good local facilities.

    I have stayed there once or twice a year for the last few years and the hotel is generally getting a bit "tatty" now.

    Room was clean and facilities good

    Heater was not working in bedroom but the bathroom one was. Insufficient bed clothes and an extra blanket would have been great but because of our late arrival could not request this as the reception was unattended.

    Cleanliness, decent food (so no need to go in search of restaurant after a long journey),proximity to Calais for ferries or Eurotunnel.

    Staff were wonderful - especially the receptionist!!

    There seemed to be some differences between the rooms - we stayed at the same Kyriad {Calais- Coquelles} for 3 separate nights - but had three very different standard rooms for the same price.....one room was extremely small, another the shower was a problem and overflowed into the bedroom....one had a TV was very old, while another room had a flat screen TV.

    "Stress free overnight stay, good meals - breakfast and dinner. My meal was suberb for the price. Abilty to have a fixed price for one two or three courses from a good range of options was very good value for money. Would certainly go back again." (97048601)

    Warm welcome, comfortable room, pleasant area, not noisy. Ideal for a stopover on the way into France, or just a day in Calais. Very close to Eurotunnel!

    It would be good to have had extra coffee, tea and milk available for the courtesy tray in the room.

    Friendly staff, good secure parking, convenient for both Channel crossing and Calais Hypermarkets. Overall value for money. Evening meal menue limited for choice but excellent value for money.

    Stayed ther last year and I thought some corners had been cut over staffing levels. One person trying to run both reception and service the dining room was just not enough, particularly at breakfast when coffee and food ran out and some guests had nothinng to drink and only bread & cheese to eat.
