    "the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. the rooms were comfortable and clean. the location of this hotel was perfect for us - far enough from crowds to feel intimate but close enough to everything we wanted to do/see. i sincerely thank the staff for a lovely time - they were fantastic and very accommodating from start to finish!     - friendly staff - clean rooms - clean hotel and facilities in lobby - location was perfect

    - can't think of anything bad. was a bit noisy in our room but that's because we were right next to the lift / stairs and noise travels in those common areas. also noticed people smoking in another room which made our room a bit smelly but again, not the fault of the hotel.

    Staff and location great

    Very pleasant hotel, nice staff. Good breakfast.

    I have only one point. I do expect to find tea/coffee making facilities in 3 star rated hotels

    Excellent location close to shops and restaurants. St Malo is a delightful city as well.

    Only very limted parking at the hotel or close by.

    It was near the harbour of St Malo and in the old town. Also the staff spoke very good English and were very polite.

    There was no bath in the room just a shower and there were no tea/coffee making facilities as there are in many hotels I stay in. Also no facilities to listen to the radio as opposed to TV

    "We found this an excellent central location for a one night stay prior to catching the ferry. Rooms were very well maintained and clean, adjoining room for children as requested. The hotel is right next to the busiest part of the old town which is very convenient but it does get a bit of noise from the restaurants and passers-by. The windows are well glazed to deal with this as long as they remain closed. Parking at the hotel is limited but the main town car-parks are very close by. Good breakfast choice." (97371689)

    Excellent rooms, adjoining as requested. Good quick check-in and out and helpful reception. Extremely central location for old town.

    The rooms were a bit warm with no obvious means of adjusting the temperature. Opening the window resulted in street noise.
