"A very comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Good restaurant for evening meals. Pleasant central location in a very attractive town. Definitely not a Holiday Inn but exhibits a certain rustic charm." (99804447)

"Clean well laid out room. BBC world on the TV was a bonus.We visited in December and the room was nice and warm with a spare duvet in the wardrobe if required. The food in the restaurant was reasonably priced, we had the 19 euro set menu which was excellent. The staff in the hotel were very helpful. My French isn't as good as it should be but the staff were really helpful in helping us out. All in all a very enjoyable stay." (99985596)

"The hotel acts like a guest house. We were unable to have access into the hotel until 5 pm after a long day travelling. The front door was locked!!!!!! This is unbelievable for a hotel. We had to confirm if breakfast was required each day and specify exactly what time we would want breakfast. It was like being back at school!!" (99128152)
