    "Prima hotel voor een redelijke prijs. Geen opsmuk, wel prima als basis voor verblijf in Disney. Vijf minuten voor we vertrokken ontdekten we ook nog een grote weide en meertje achter het hotel. " (108856514)

    Chambre spacieuse et agréable, hôtel calme et bien pensé pour les enfants.

    Fermeture du restaurant à 22 h 30 un peu court quand on rentre du parc disney, pourquoi ne pas proposer de réserver des sandwich ou autre disponible à notre arrivée ?

    First Room - Too hot - had to open the windows every few hours to sleep with no covers on (in October). No air con working (staff said in the morning they turn it off). Shower leaked. Toilet blocked. Next to a lift. When asked for 2 extra pillows rudely told by staff only one pillow per person, sleep well and then hung up! Second room - discolouration on walls and ceiling tiles. Too hot in rooms and corridor, it was cold outside (10C) yet I would say 30C in the rooms. Shower went from scalding to freezing at random every few seconds throughout a shower.

    We were very impressed with this hotel. The room and service were great. We went on a weekend and the line for breakfast (which was great) was long and getting on the shuttle was a bit of an ordeal with a baby stroller and an inconsiderate crowd. Despite these things we really enjoyed our stay and felt it was a great deal.

    Value for money for families. Good location - Just 10 minutes by a regular free shuttle to the theme parks.

    Canteen style facilities - very 'Tom's Caff'. They want you in, they want you out!

    Food was good and reasonable priced. Tha staff were helpful, polite and patient.

    Meed to have rubber mats if needed. bath quite slippy and an accident could happen. I fell in the bath when standing for a shower. No bath mats were available for use when I asked for one and was asked to use a towel to stop slipping.

    Beautifully clean, friendly staff, good value.

    Too hot, there were not windows, only doors and as our room was on the ground floor,so these could not be left open at night, so made nights almost unbearable. I would stay at this hotel again, but not in a ground floor room.

    Staff friendly and very helpful

    Dinner was not the most enjoyable part of the stay with poor choice of foods and general free for all during the service. Not good value for money, however the staff were excellent. Breakfast good.

    Difficult to find somewhere to sit in the restaurant in the mornings. On the last night of our stay one of our party was ill with food posioning caused by eating at a restaurant in the Disney village.When reception was conntacted at 9p.m. to ask for help with cleaning products so we could clean up the bathroom no asstistance was given. We were told that they had no accesss to cleaning materials and no staff to help!

    "If the room had been larger it would have been excellent, the children loved it and the restaurant was good but overcrowded at times." (97385380)

    The hotel was very clean and well run, the staff were excellent, especially the restaurant staff who retrieved my husband's coat and camera when he left them at a table outside the restaurant one night. The bus service to Disney was very good but the stop at Disney could do with a shelter.

    The room was extremely small and barely adequate. Although we were an older couple we had one of our Grandchilren in the room with us as there was not enough room for 3 children in my son and daughter in law's room. The room also worked out very expensive as we could not pay when we booked due to exchange rate changes and if we had waited till the last minute even though the pound had dropped significantly it would still have been cheaper.

    "would have preferred if both room booked were next to each other but in fact they were very close so didnt cause any inconvience. Didnt realise there was entertainment for the children in the evening time which they really enjoyed.     "We were overall pleased with our stay. The room was clean and warm, although a little more storage space would have been nice. The restaurant had a good choice of food for breakfast, and we were more than happy with the quality and cost of the evening buffet, and the staff were very helpful when I brought along a birthday cake. It was (only) a slight disadvantage to have to be specific about the time we wanted breakfast. It might have helped to have more specific directions to the hotel with our booking confirmation."
