  Good reception and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast.

  Our original room was small, dark and next to the breakfast room. We were able to upgrade to a slightly larger room in a better location but it cost us 10 euros. Breakfast was also 10 euros each and parking in the open in a closed area was 6 euros. Altogether an expensive stay for what it was.

  convenient, good value

  The room was non-smoking, but it had a heavy smell of cigarette smoke. This is the only inconvenience for our stay

  Location in relation to Colmar. The restaurant. The co-operative staff and the maid service.

  The room faced the road and was over or close to the hotel entrance making it occasionally noisy. The room was rather airless and the temperature was difficult to maintain a constant level. The pillows were of a poor standard, and 1 sheet, 1 blanket and a very heavy counterpane made it difficult to stike a comfortable sleeping temperature.

  "Hotel looks nice form the outside and in dining and reception but the room was a disappointment and would have been greatly improved with new carpet, curtains and bedspread. The staff were very helpful and friendly though." (97412143)

  Lage: das Hotel ist sehr gut erreichbar und gleichzeitig nicht weit von der Altstadt entfernt

  Rezeption war sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ruhige Lage, trotzdem nicht weit vom Zentrum.
