    mold all over the bathroom, broken shower head, broken cabinet in the bathroom, receptions closes, had to pay for parking, garage looked like it had asbestos

    Car le canapé était "défoncé" et taché, la porte de frigo était recouverte de graisse, la maquette de la chambre était tachée, les rideaux sales et la salle de bain remplie de taches de moisissures .

    Didn't cost alot

    It was not explained prior to booking that the room would not have a bed, only a pull out settee. This was the most god awfully uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on, in fact my partner and I gave up on it on the second night a simply lay the foam matresses on the floor. The air conditioning required a window to be open for venting, which as the hotel was located on a main street meant a choice of either - a cool night but no sleep due to the lorry parade that went past the window during the night, or a sleepless night due to the heat of the room. The kitchen provided only very basic amenities - one pan, two cups, two plates, cutlery. There was no kettle or toaster - although these were apparently available on request we were not provided with either despite asking numerous times. Staff were very helpful about site seeing, but incredibly unhelpful when any of the points above were mentioned.

    It was enough width for two people to stay in 2-Room Apartment for 4 People. We had a relaxed time with wide space and wide kitchen.

    Every facility is old. should be re-new.

    Nice location, close to Promenade and beach and convenient to town centre and Old Nice. Gave you phone number to give anyone wanting to call your room directly after reception was closed which was great

    Window could use screen to keep out bugs when opened. Couldn't figure out how to work air and had difficulty opening sofa bed

    La posizione è ottima. l'hotel da fuori è molto carino

    assolutamente negativo il fatto che le pulizie vengono eseguite una volta a settimana quindi non cambiano gli asciugamani e non danno carta igenica. certo il prezzo è competitivo ma non puo' essere sottovalutata la pulizia l'arredamento della camera è vecchio e scadente

    Trés bon prix pour un appart hotel de 3 etoiles, surtout que nous avons eu un appartement de 38m2.

    L'appartement est abimé a certains endroits, peinture ecaillée, meuble trés abimé, infiltration sur les murs.

    il bilocale è abbastanza adatto al gruppo di amici purchè è spazioso. il posto è pulito. il personale della reception risulta disponibile.

    la struttura non è della più nuova, per i due giorni che abbiamo soggiornato non c'è il servizio di pulizia e cambio di asciugamani.

    pour un appartement rénove récemment le mobilier était ancien en mauvais état de fonction pauvre en ustensiles de cuisine casseroles etc pour 4 personnes,douche qui ne tenait pas, peu d'eau chaude, pas d'ustensiles pour le ménage manque de serviettes pour la vaisselle, comment fait on pour vivre 1 semaine sans faire de ménage annonce sur le site internet pas correcte pas assez détaillée

    Hotel a proximité de la Promenade des Anglais . On a pu laisser notre voiture au parking de l'hotel et nous déplacer à pied dans Nice. Grande chambre fonctionnelle. Personnel souriant et efficace

    Appartement spacieux.

    La literie est à changer. un four micro-onde serait le bienvenue. Pas de savon ni de papier toilette à notre arrivée.Une pastille pour lave-vaisselle par jour çà serait bien.

    "Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt im Hotel sehr zufrieden, da wir ein großes Appartment bewohnt haben und uns auch ein Esstisch für 4 Personen zur Verfügung stand, an dem wir bequem essen konnten. In der Küche befand sich eine Spülmaschine, aber mit nur einem vorhandenen Tab konnten wir diese nur 1x in Betrieb nehmen und mussten danach von Hand spülen. Vor dem Aufenthalt hätten wir gern gewusst, dass die Bade-Handtücher lediglich zu Beginn 1 x zur Verfügung gestellt werden und kein Tausch stattfindet. Ebenso ist keine Zimmerreinigung erfolgt. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört, da wir keinen Schmutz hinterlassen haben. Lediglich auf die Müllentsorgung hätte hingewiesen werden können. Wir haben den Müllraum erst bei unserer Abreise entdeckt. Leider gab es auch keinen Wasserkocher, um sich Tee oder Kaffee zu bereiten. Positiv war der Kühlschrank, da brauchten wir nicht so oft einzukaufen. Das Geschirr war ausreichend." (97068399)

    The room was slightly tired looking- lots of marks on carpets,paint peeling off above tiles in bathroom and,evidence of mould in toilet(on wall that backed on to bathroom)

    The rooms were large and comfortable. We did not feel like we were tripping over each other. The staff was very patient and helpful.

    The carpet was in really bad shape with many stains. The apartment would look a hundred times better if they replaced the carpet.
