    "Helemaal in orde." (107555413)

    Zeer complete inrichting van vaatwasblokjes tot wasrek, aan alles was gedacht. Er was een grote koelkast met vriesvak voor de koelelementen. Disneyland Parijs was te zien vanaf het balkon, prima pendelbus.

    Er was een stopcontact los (wel te gebruiken) en ik had dekbedden fijner gevonden.Voor de eerste indruk in het appartement zou het een verfje kunnen gebruiken.Let op er is geen bakker in de buurt, dus reserveren voor het ontbijt of zelf meenemen.

    "We were only in the hotel for 3 nights and it was a bit small for 5 but it did the job. As it was we did'nt actually spend much time in the room as we were too busy sightseeing! Air conditioning would have made our stay more comfortable as the heat was stifling at night-time. The lovely clean swimming pool was a real treat after a busy day out but to use it you had to be back before it closed at 8.oopm. Free regular bus to Eurodisney all through the day (took about 10mins) and just a 10min walk to the RER train station for Paris " (107879190)

    Very well equipped suite of rooms. Helpful staff. Very clean swimming pool. Great having balcony with fantastic views of the surrounding area. Loved the free bus to Eurodisney and also the close proximity to RER train for Paris.

    Room in need of a coat of paint and air conditioning. Bunk room was a bit on the small side, you had to back in and out! Not a lot of space around the bed in the double room. Pool opening times disappointing 10.00am too late to open and a bit early closing at 8.00pm.

    Good location for disney. Spacious apartment. Plenty of towels and soap, kitchen cleaning liquid/ pan scourer.Cot supplied readily.Breakfast was good value for the money.

    Although apt was fairly clean. The general decor is ready for painting. Scuffs and scratches on walls. Carpet in need of replacing in lounge area. Some of dining chairs needed replacing. Shower support in upstairs bathroom broken. Did report this . However was not fixed.!Insufficient cooking facilities.No oven.

    the room is spacious and clean. the kitchen completes with cooker, fridge, microwawe, utensils and dinner set for 6 people-just nice for a family of six members like us. its location is perfect -it is nearby a shopping complex where we can buy food to cook. and surprisingly, we could see Disney's fireworks from our balcony . there are plenty of nice restaurants just outside of the hotel. we were there to visit disneyland paris. there is a free shuttle bus just outside the hotel to Disneyland. it's a perfect holiday and we are planning to go there again and definetely will be back to the hotel.the staff are friendly and speak fluent English.

    none. however, it would be nice to have a toaster in the kitchen.

    Staff member that checked us in was extremely helpful and took time to show us the easiest way to get to points of interest. Apartment was ready ahead of time and was clean and tidy.

    Although the apartment was clean and tidy it was a little tired in its decor but adequate for a short stay, the kitchen would benefit from a toaster and few more pillows for the beds.

    accueil très satisfaisant.la personne était très aimable.très proche d eurodisney!!!à peine 5 minutes voiture!!

    en plein travaux...et pensant avoir une chambre 5 personnes avec petit balcon.il n y en avait plus on en a eu une sans balcon ..pas de bar...

    Le personnel à été plus que disponible et compétent,et la chambre était de très bonne qualité avec un grand confort.

    Les horaires de la piscine sont correct mais impossible d'y accéder si l'on visite le parc Disneyland car les horaires sont les mêmes...

    the hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. The hotel was in an excellent location for disney and took 5 minutes on the bus which stopped right outside the hotel it was always on time and FREE !

    ther were no bad points - the pool was a bit chilly so the kids couldnt swim.

    Hotel was excellant for the location to disneyland and the shopping centre for meals and food shopping. Also the free shuttle bus.

    I think for the price paid per night there could have been more toilet roll in the room! Was not aware at 10pm that we had to buy more and the shops were shut! Also there was no change at the desk for the drinks machine!...not good! The blankets on the beds were really bad....looked like they,d been in a dog basket!...Quilts would have been better.

    No grill/oven/toaster Could get a little noisy Not very clean or modern Long queues at reception Free bus to Disneyland got PACKED and that was out of season, so dread to think what it would be like in peak season. Was difficult to book as couldn't specify num of children of adults during booking process, just num of guests and it assumed they were all adults

    The location was excellent, right next to the shopping centre, restaurants, transport (to get to the centre of Paris)and disney. The area was lovely. Free shuttle buses to disney were good. The pool facilities and the set up on the apartments with their own kitchen and balcony were great. When our plate in the microwave shattered it was replaced the following day, like we were told.

    The apartments could do with a paint as their are marks over the walls and even some writing. The beds weren't the comfiest. Also could do with a couple more shuttle services to disney around midday - as if you miss the one before 12pm, the next is about 3 hours away.

One park one visit seemed a good option for a day in each of the parks which was just enough time, I was surprised that this option was not highlighted more, as it was the best value for money."     Good size accommodation, convenient for local facilities and shops, good pool, friendly atmosphere.

    Noisy street repair outside close to room early in the morning, and weather not great. I don't blame the hotel for either of these! Shuttle bus was a bit packed, and real time information at the park was inaccurate, it stated that the last bus had already gone - and then one turned up.

    Rooms clean and plenty of facilities, proximity to Disneyland Paris

    Only one problem and that is the bus drivers on shuttle buses are very unhelpful.

    "Some apartments did not have a kettle & this should come as standard. A hairdryer would also have been useful. However, overall a nice place to stay with plenty of shops & restaurants nearby.Plug on bath broken but was fixed same day as advised staff. Overall would recommend these apartments & would stay again." (97353746)

    These were well equipped apartments, in a good location & offering good value for money.

    We moved apartments twice due to fridge being warm - to be told later that this is normal as fridge needs to be opened?! Also lack of shuttle buses to Disney after 10.30am.

    The hotel rooms are spacious, well equipped, comfortable and clean...unlike other hotels, one very good thing about Pierre & Vaccanes is it can accomodate many people in one room, its very suitable for those with a big family comprising of many kids.It gives me a feel of home especially when it has its own cooking area, fridge, dishwasher and even cooking utensils....I would say this is one of the best place that i had ever stayed.

    Although the exterior of the hotel looks very new, however, i am quite disppointed that some of the wall and ceiling paints had peeled off. However, the hotel staffs had explained that they are currently undergoing some renovations to rectify the problems.

    Excellent split level accomodation.Kitchen bedroom and toilet downstairs with double bedroom,bathroom and balcony upstairs.Comfortable beds and very quiet at night.Hotel only 5 minutes from Disney.

    Only slight criticism was that the paint on the ceiling in both bathrooms was severely peeling off as though they'd used the wrong type of paint in the first place.All other decor was fine though.

    closeness to disney park and pool.

    poor standard of decor and cramped rooms . couldnt bend down in loo without opening door ! ceilings were flaking and need of repair. price of breakfast was extortionate for what was offered, most people were going to local cafe s for take aways !
