Excellent position - right on sea front... clean and tidy had a nice restaurant of their own plus close to many others
One bad point only.... lack of water pressure

"Very nice hotel and I would be happy to stay there again. My brother and I stayed there in order to attend a Catalans Dragons rugby league game in Perpignan, and the hotel is just a short walk from a bus stop, from where a return ticket to Perpignan costs just two euro." (97626215)
Easy booking over the Internet, friendly staff who spoke English well, clean and pleasant hotel.
Room rather small and with a back view rather than a sea view.

"This is a very convenienty located hotel unasuming and good value for money the staff are friendly too ( how I wished they would let me practice my french on them and not they their english on me !! :) " (97124430)
The hotel is descibed as a three star hotel, well maybe in france it is considered to be, star ratings are subjective at best.Notwithstanding, whilst the hotel is fairly basic it makes for a clean if some what tired looking base for discovering the Perpignan area. the buffet Libre was ample drinks were priced ok I had two coffees and offered to pay no charge also WIFI no charge attentive staff
no real bad points but for the record the pool is cold! well early June anyway other than that nothing to complain about at the price

la vue, la chambre tres spacieuse, la masseuse excellente (massage californien d'1 heure tres recommande!!
le staff trop pointilleux sur la proprete/hygiene pour utiliser la piscine (besoin imperatif d'un bonnet, de porter des sandales, interdiction au short de bain) pas d'information au moment de la reservation donc nous n'etions pas equipe. Je suis allee prendre un massage (excellent) et on m'a reprimande car j'ai marche pied nu depuis ma chambre!

"trés bon séjour dans cet hôtel,nous reviendrons , le personnel est accueillant, nous avons beaucoup aimés nous ne sommes pas surveiller( quand on sort,quand on rentre,quand on visite......) L'hôtel est trés bien situer prés de la plage etc .... Franchement rien à dire se fut un bon séjour" (97050865)

"Staff were good, smiling, helpful. The passageway outside of the room was dingy, 25 watt bulb type place. The room pushed you out of it, worst hotel room I've stayed in for a few years. My 10 year old son was with me and for his benefit we nearly left the hotel and went looking for another even though it was paid for." (97381764)
It was clean and the shower worked
The room was bare, no pictures, tv smaller than my computer screen was on top of a wardrobe. Everything was cheap, the carpet, the beds, the room was okay to sleep in but was unpleasant.

Great view of the sea and mountains from the balcony, ice cold air-con clean and modern hotel room.
Bed was really firm.... I mean really firm. Some people like this but it was the only down point of our stay.
