    Ideale Lage, sehr freundlicher Empfang. Sehr schöne Zimmer: geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

    Leider Toilette nicht gründlich gereinigt.

    no breakfast included and yet paid £350 for 3 nights. the electric didnt workm in our room so we had to be moved about. they also did not provide shower and shampoo items every day. we received one lot for 3 days! very poor

    Lack of lift to the floor which we were allocated - had to carry suitacse up a flight of stairs - no offer of helpprovided. Had to seek assistance when drinks required from the bar - no staff available ; had to carry own drinksoutside Despite prior request - no provsion made for vegetarian meal - quality of meal provided very poor No coffee making facility in the bed room

    "I would recommend this hotel as the location is stunning and the ramprt rooms excellant and if I was in Sedan again would definately stay here. Worth a diversion for the first visit just to drive through the entrance and drink in the setting" (97830207)

    The fort of Sedan is stunning in its size and the hotel was a fabulous use of a part of that. We had a room on the ramparts which outside was a grassy space which we had to ourselves and our dog with fabulous views of the castle and countryside

    The conversion was a little on the spartan side with chipcoard white cupboards and doors but this was a very minor point as the setting was stunning. The restaurant was staffed by only 2 very busy people so the level of service was a bit poor although the food was good. Breakfast was only average with horrid flasks of coffee, how hard is it to serve each table the waitress only cleared tables and took room numbers

    "This is a very pleasant hotel, good value for money. Not honeymoon territory, but much more interesting than a business hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was outstanding." (99394461)
