    Accueil par de nouveaux gérants Prévu de passer deux fois 4 jours. Parti au bout d'une journée pour problème de WIFI. Grange classe des gérants qui ne m'ont pas fait payer ma nuitée sans informatique.

    propre - bien situé -

    le prix de la chambre 110 € n'est pas en adéquation avec les prestations. chambre très petite. Petit déjeuner assez pauvre pour 8€. Parking payant pour les résidents de l'hotel

    it was centrally located

    charged ? 30.00 room supplement that i am trying to get back, charged ? 10.00 for parking which is a rip off, breakfast was scant and coffee was cold, room smelled when taking a shower,lot of noise at night.

    room was quite adequate for a short stay. staff was helpful.

    breakfast was disappointing. looked as though they were trying to please tourists rather than keeping it french. tinned fruitsalad-don't even eat it at home.

    "We appreciated that we were only staying 1 night, therefore had we been staying longer we would have expected a much much better room. Nonetheless, the bathroom consisted of a tiny room separated from the bedroom with a curtain, the shower cubicle cannot have been smaller which made showering extremely difficult. Hopefully other rooms were better, but this one was not a good impression." (107219100)

    Secure parking

    Room barely large enough to move in - nowhere to store luggage. Door had to be slammed to lock. Receptionist had to come to show us how to lock the door by that method.

    Very polite and helpful staff. Location of hotel was perfect - right by the shops and superb market - yet down a quiet street. The room was cleaned every day and to a good standard.

    Just a few minor points. The towels could be of better quality - quite thin and the shower head holder wasn't working.

    The hotel is in a central part of the town. Very handy to all the attractions. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. There is car parking but you do need to reserve this when you make the booking.

    The town has a lot of relatively new one way roads, which obviously were created after our SatNav - so be warned that it is quite hard to get to the hotel because of this. The hotel is VERY central. Also August is very busy so parking on the street is a nightmare.

    "Good location in the town centre. But the room was not very good value for money, very small, small bed, the shower over bath had no stand at head height, teh clip by the taps was broken. The worst thing was noise from the next room, it sounded like they were in the room with you!" (97091750)

    Claen and comfortable room with friendly and helpful staff.

    "Nice clean accommodation, though a bit expensive. Hotel building and decor is a little tired, but very welcoming. Had we known that breakfast consisted of just stale bread and tinned fruit salad, we would not have opted to take it. Apart from that, a lovely stay." (97494328)

    Hôtel situé dans un bel immeuble dans une rue calme du centre-ville.

    Pas de points négatifs, juste une réserve quant à la dimension de la chambre (chambre pour une seule personne), vraiment petite et de ce fait peu adaptée à un séjour prolongé. En contrepartie, cette chambre a été refaite à neuf, possède une salle d'eau agréable et donne sur un environnement calme.

    Everything - the room was beautiful, the bed was comfortable, the reception staff were friendly and helpful and the location was perfect.

    "We really enjoyed our stay in La rochelle and would recommend this hotel to others.The location is excellent and having the car park at hotel is vey useful.The room was not overly big and bathroom small but you dont spend much time in room so doesn`t really matter.If we visited La Rochelle again would stay at this hotel.Aquarium and Ille de Re must be visited,and lovely harbour with lots of places to eat and superb shops."     The location was excellent and being able to park at the hotel was very useful.The hotel looked nice from the outside and inside was nicely decorated and clean.

    Shower cubicle in our room was very small and quite difficult to shower in but bathroom was clean.Also breakfast was a bit disappointing, not great choice of food and luke warm drink.

    The Hotel had charm and character. For the price the room was good; clean and comfortable. The best thing was the location, especially the allocated parking space.
