    Excellent accueil dans un hôtel chaleureux, particulièrement propre,parking en sus mais à l'intérieur de l'établissement et d'accès très facile. Rejoindre sa chambre à une heure avancée de la nuit ne pose aucun problème. Tout est presque parfait, sauf voir ci-dessous :

    Un voisin bruyant a gêné ma fin de nuit (claquement de porte, bruits dans un mur.... (?)) il serait bien que l'établissement mette un affichage pour inciter au respect du repos des occupants. Par ailleurs, heureusement que je me suis manisfestée par téléphone, après réservation par Internet, sinon j'aurai eu un lit double au lieu des lits jumeaux demandés or, je partageais ma chambre avec ma mère âgée et ne souhaitait pas partager le même lit !!!!!!

    Vue superbe sur la plage du Sillon, environnement, proximité de St Malo intra muros. Facilités de stationnement sécurisé.

    Bruit de la rue - en saison seulement? - si fenêtres ouvertes... car pas de climatisation.. Or, il faisait beau et chaud le WE du 15 août!

    I was travelling in a wheelchair and the staff were very helpful. They allocated an easy access room and made it easy for us to get into the hotel via the rear entrance.

    Very pleased with layout and quality of room Friendly helpful staff with good english

    "I had to change rooms 3 times during my check-in period which was obviously not adequate. There was confusion with the staff when I requested to change my room to a room with 2 single beds instead of one double bed. The check in time is extremely late. Considering that the ferry that comes from Portsmouth arrives in Saint Malo around 8am, I had to wait until 3pm to finally get a room. There were no proper facilities to store lugagge during my waiting period and there was no proper place to change clothes or have a shower while waiting. I am used to receive for this price a room where I can leave my luggage, a bathroom or spare room where I can change clothes, have a shower, etc and do the check in around 1.00pm." (97046937)

    "The best part of this hotel is the breakfast conservatory. It has a lovely atmosphere. There is a very good selection of food which is of a good standard. We found the room comfortable, with good en-suite facilities. We have a room at the front so our view of St Malo beach was beautiful." (99663699)

    Marvellous sea views. Comfortable accommodation.

    Lift needs servicing. Jolts dreadfully when stopping.
