    Shabby motel in dire need of upgrade and not worth the overnight charge.

    Fair price, nice location

    We informed the reception (through field 'notes' of internet booking) that we would have arrived a little bit later than 23:00. Actually we arrived at 23:10 and nobody was there (the morning after they said 'we did not see any notes about your arrival time'). More problems came then from the automatic key distibutor (after 23:00 was the only system to get in): 1. No possibility to get the keys (we booked two single rooms) via credit card, probably because it was a card with chip (so magnetic band not work properly) 2. No possibility to get the keys via booking number because the number in the online reservation is useless for such purposes (at the reception the said 'you should have contacted us by phone and we would have told you about the codes...) We got assurance that the payment of the online booked rooms will be not charged (at the end we booked and paid directly at the machine one twin room...)...we hope it will correspond to the reality....

    Internet did not work during the entire stay which was very inconvenient for me. When reported to the staff they simply shrugged their shoulders and made no effort to fix the problem or provide an explanation. Very poor service and if I had booked for more than 1 night I would have left after the first night. The breakfast was over priced for very average food.

    Very convenient, motel type hotel in a very quiet location and with a reasonable restaurant.

    The en suite bathroom was not very clean, although the bed linen, towels etc were fine and the hotel - reception, restaurant etc. was in good order.

    "The hotel badly needs some basic upkeep ie. damaged walls and showers, our door on room 39 did not lock, we could not turn our air conditioning off others could not turn theirs on. As we were only staying for two nights and arrived very tired it was not worth making too much fuss. If only some of the waiting staff could have been better trained and not treated us in such a surly manner then I am sure our passable stay could have been made most enjoyable. I would recommend the hotel on price and location but I would foreworn people about its down side. I should point out that none of our party were ever rude to the staff neither did any off us drink too much." (97242391)

    Le restaurant et l'accueil, on mange bien et les prix sont raisonnables.

    La chambre avec des toiles d'araignées dans les appliques, des trous dans les murs, la tapisserie qui se décolle dans la salle de bain, les robinets et la douche en mauvais états. 54e la nuit c'est cher.

    Variété en buffet, grande fourchette d'horaire pour la prise des repas. Le service Wifi, rien à dire.

    la salle de bain est à revoir, trace de moisissure à la baignoire, le papier peint pour une salle de bain, ce n'est pas ce qu'il y a de mieux. Ma collègue n'avait qu'une lumière sur trois qui fonctionnait et n'avait pas de volet roulant.

    merci au préposé à l'accueil fort serviable. ce jeune homme m'a fourni des info sur les sites potentiels à visiter, m'a imprimé de l'info de l'internet pertinente; s'informait chaque matin des sites visités la vieille; service salle à manger très bien et prix corrects. ménage des chambres très bien.

    de grâce, remplacer cette petite chaise inconfortable près du téléviseur. après un certain temps, j'ai préféré m'allonger sur le lit...

    "This hotel is very basic and only really suitable for one or two nights. It is convenient for the town of Peronne and not far from the A1. It does not look like it has been decorated for many years. Towels and bed linen were clean, as was bathroom. The choice of meals in the restaurant were limited." (97281306)

    Easy to find, the beds were clean and towels changed without being asked.

    The bathroom had black mould stains on the tiles,walls and ceiling around the bath and the shower head did not spray. The heater in the bedroom did not work. Lucky for us the weather was mild.

    "We arrived at lunchtime and checked-in with no problems. The bedroom and bathroom were clean. The contintental breakfast was very good and we got enough to keep us full till lunchtime. We ate in the hotel restaurant one night and found the food good value and the dessert buffet was fantastic for anyone with a sweet tooth. The staff were all very friendly and spoke some english so there was no communication problem." (99037773)

    Hotel easy to find, plenty of parking beside rooms. Contintental breakfast included in price so it was very good value.

    Our room was a bit cramped for 3 people. The fold-out bed took up a lot of floor space.

    Well situated for visit to First world War battlefields. Easy to find. Cheap but cheerful accomodation.

    Room had a shutter over the window, but there was no way of lifting it; consequently the room was dark.
