    "Good, but disappointed that unlike other Reims Hotels no car park rebate was offered - I had to pay €22 which I consider excessive." (108299239)

    Friendly staff,cleanliness

    No parking, and unlike other hotels in the same street, no rebate scheme for the adjacent underground car park.

    Great location - although could do with specifying that you need to head for Burrette Parking - also Reims is a building site, so there are lots of diversions

    Old building with very slopey floors, turned the beds around in one room to put head above feet! Beds not very comfortable - especially double.

    well situated hotel within easy reach of cafes and restaurants friendly, efficient and helpful reception staff

    cramped and poorly decorated room very poor overpriced breakfast with perishable goods out on display in unchilled conditions for many hours

    "We will continue to use this hotel as our base in Reims. It is a good basic hotel and excellent value for money and the direct access to the parking makes it a sensible choice. " (97918841)

    We use this hotel as a stop off point on the way home from the South of France, this is the second year we have stayed here. The position of the hotel is fantastic and the underground parking which is right outside makes everything so easy. We will be staying here again next year.

    I have nothing bad to say about the hotel. We had newly refurbished rooms this year which were much brighter than last year. The rooms at the front are very noisy as they face onto the main street.

    acceuil agréable et disponibilité.

    ayant pris une chambre exclusive, nous avons été déçu par une porte de salle de bain presque impossible à faire coulisser et fermer.

    Localisation en centre ville. Rénovation en cours (mais bénéficiaire d'une chambre non rénovée...)

    Chmabre sur l'arrière bruyante à cause du restaurant voisin (sort poubelles, bouteilles ... et cris). pad d'accès internet disponible

    Très bon qualité prix pour l'hôtel. Un peu bruyant le soir mais en pleine ville et près de tout. Bon petit déjeuner. Bain pas facile pour prendre une douche sans en mettre à côté mais propre.

    Pas beaucoup de chaînes TV mais pas vraiment important.

    "Had a double room for my husband and myself and a single for my 86 year old mother. I stayed in the twin bedded room with her as the bathroom floor was unsafe. A botched repair (not recent I might add) had been done. A half inch thick piece of wood had been fitted(about 18in square over the lino and between this and the lavatory the lino dipped into a hole about 6in diameter where the floorboard should have been !! I managed to go over on my ankle in this dip ! We reported this to reception and she noted it in a book but no apology was made." (99152183)

    Dated and a bit tired. Repairs needed in places (see review below)

    Room basic, 3/4 size bath, some grime around bathroom, decor needed improving.
