    Very clean. Helpful staff, even when we arrived late at night. Breakfast was fresh with plenty of choice.

    Hotel clean and smart. Receptionist very helpful. Far more quiet than a lot of these types of hotels. Room/beds very comfortable. Several restaurants nearby. Five minutes drive back to the autoroute.

    Shower not working properly. Kettle not working properly.

    "We were very impressed and would definitely consider staying at this or other Kyriad hotels in the future. Value for money was good except for the expensive breakfast. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and it would just have been good to have proper cups for the coffee rather than thin plastic ones (ouch...hot!) and larger towels. Overall though, an excellent overnight stop." (108700544)

    Helpful staff; very comfortable, clean rooms; safe/free parking; good location close to autoroute; good restaurants very close by; competitive price for the room although Euros 8.5 per person for breakfast is very expensive for a family of 5 so we didn't take this and stopped at a boulangerie instead!

    plastic cups for hot coffee...dangerous and not pleasant to drink from; only hand towels supplied - not large enough after a shower; in children's room, shower fitting didn't work properly so water came out of the tap even when shower selected (shower still worked but water was wasted)

    "despite it's location in a shopping complex, it's a quiet hotel offering good quality basic accomodation. Good central base for the Nord area and within easy reach of Calais." (107334107)

    Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, warm hotel, good buffet breakfast. Excellent as overnight stay or base for short break.

    Staff were extremely helpful

    I booked a 3 night stay and got a special rate but this only applied for 2 nitghts and the room key only worked for 2 nights so I think there was a problem with communication from agent to hotel. I had to pay the full rate for the 3rd night

    Very friendly, helpful staff. Clean, classy hotel; comfortable and warm. Good value bar, with great atmosphere. Enclosed car park with CCTV and gate closed at night.

    "A pleasant and enjoyable stay for an overnight stop. Not the place for an extended visit as it is located within a local business park. However, this does afford the opportunity to eat within walking distance provided that the business park is open and active. Be aware that any short drinks (whisky, gin etc) can be very expensive."     Excellent facilities - staff were pleasant and the room was clean and welcoming. Tea and coffee facilities in the room were most welcome.

    The cost of drinks, particularly whisky at 6 euros per shot. This is 3 times what I would expect to pay in the UK.
