  "We were rather late in arriving at the hotel but madame had assured us on the phone that we would be ok & offered to make up a tray for us. When we eventually got to the hotel there was a very welcome salad waiting for us & monsieur provided us with drinks- excellent service. For the price the room was more than adequate,food was very good and overall very satisfactory." (97155465)

  "I found the property easy to find and easy for parking. Check in was straightforward once I realised the entrance was around the front! Although the room was basic it was very comfortable and clean and the staff were very helpful providing both early breaksfast and early morning call when requested. The dining room was really nice and had some lovely artwork. I would definitely use it again." (99379913)

  It was basic but appropriate for my needs. The staff were very helpful and courteous which made me feel more comfortable as I was travelling alone. The other guests were also very polite and friendly.

  Would have liked a kettle in the room to make some tea and access to chairs in the garden to enjoy the sun before the evening meal.

  "The hotel was adequate for our needs in late February but we did find it rather cool even though the heating was on. We had no complains about the food." (99202863)

  Friendly. Food was enjoyable. English spoken

  Lack of heat in the room and in the dining area.

  "Easy to locate on the main street of Pontarion. Friendly family run hotel. Although we had no use for it there was a childrens playroom available. Good menu with a good variety of dishes. Food was excellent. Excellent wine menu. Welcoming, friendly atmosphere. Very pleasurable experience." (99250757)
