  "we stayed a week and as this was not our main annual holiday and because the euro/pound exchange rate was poor at the time we deliberately aimed for budget accommodation with self catering option and so for us it was a very adequate choice and we would recommend this for anyone looking for same criteria as us and wanbt to be near sea. It would have helped to have known that there was a supermarket round the corner, excellent patisserie/boulangerie and Brasserie over road - we booked not really knowing this and making a correct lucky guess as it turned out. This may influence others. It would also have helped to have known that citea Nice Magnan is located very conveniently for excellent buses particularly to and from Airport - Number 98 which costs 4 euros one way per person and would have saved on taxis on the first day had we known. Public transport is easy and very cheap to use ( 1 euro for any distance) and this was brilliant for visiting Eze, St Paul de Vence, Monaco, Cannes etc and this really made the holiday for us.   Near to Promenade des Anglais, convenient for local supermarket, boulangerie/patisserie and a good Brasserie nearby. Useful to be able to use kitchenette and fridge for breakfasts, to make sandwiches and drinks. towels and sheets changed every day.

  Somewhat a bit more basic than expected and had euro/sterling exchange rate nto been so bad we might have given it a higher value for money rating . The rating of cleanliness would have been higher had bathroom floor been cleaner on our arrival. But otherwise cleanliness was good.

  "1/ l'accès au garage et le fonctionnement pour l' accèder aux différents sous sol. 2/la place de parking trop étroite pour une voiture taille imposante.3/ faire le ménage et plier les draps avant de partir.tous ces remarques nous les avons envoyées à la direction de cet hotel ,nous n'avons pas eu encore de réponse de leur part" (97710554)

  la tranquillité qui est imposée de 22h00 à 8h00 par la direction

  nous n'avons pas pu nous doucher à notre guise pour le bruit et aussi des sanitaires.sans parler les toiles d'araignée suspendu au dessus de notre tete dans les toilettes et aussi dans la chambre. dans la tarification du garage sur internet lors de la réservation il y a eu 2 euros d'écart à l'arrivée à l'hôtel

  "everything is good, except parking.during our stay (2 nights)one elevator was out of order and the other one broke too, so we had to carry our luggage useing the stairs,luckyly from the 2nd floor." (99057368)

  poor parking.if you arrive too late you don,t find a place.the only place remain it was good only for a smart, not for a family car.
