  "Very nice and clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Keep up the good work." (97516544)

  Close to centre of town and amenities. Staff very helpful, particularly if your French is weak.

  No on site parking, although opposite a public car park (not available on market days).

  "The hotel was a wonderful start to our French holiday. It lived up to everything claimed about it on the Internet. It was well-located, extremely attractive and clean and served n excellent breakfast.Thee only negative was that we lost a Francaise-English phrase book at the beginning of our stay and believe we left it on the counter when paying for a meal at the Le Challonge restaurant. Staff were singularly lacking in interest when we enquired about it the next morning and just said it was not there. We were not able to see the staff who had served us the evening before. We assume the restaurant and hotel are not connected as the response from the two groups of staff could not have been more different. The hotel staff were warm, friendly and extremely helpful and interested in us. We were upset that we were not able to go further in our enquiries about the book. It was the first night in France of a 17-day stay and we would like to have had the book returned." (97035475)

  Friendliness of th staff and willingness to engage in conversation with beginner French users. We also found the room to be most attractive, with a balcony overlooking the colourful market. staff also gave good advice about weather conditions. Excellent location. Very easy to find. Excellent breakfast.

  Very clean,tidy and well run hotel.Very well positioned for exploring the town. Facilities were more than adequate for a 2 star hotel.

  Breakfast was rather limited

  "This s a very good hotel offering a warm welcome and spotlessly clen, modern accommodation. The adjoining restaurant offers good food at an excellent price; and staff speak English if you are unsure of your French!" (99098854)

  Very friendly reception, room was beautifully clean and the hotel is well located for all of Dinan's attractions - including restaurants and bars.

  "The hotel is excellent for the price. The breakfasts are adequate for your needs - but there is no cooked breakfast if that is what you want." (99870673)

  The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bathroom is excellent with plenty of hot water and a power shower. The staff are very friendly and remember us from previous stays there so we always have the room we like. The hotel is central and although they do not have their own parking, there is plenty available just outside.

  It can be noisy if you have a room at the front of the hotel due to the rubbish collection early in the morning
