  - occasionally a bit crowded at the lobby - no possibility to walk to the village of Valbonne (the road too busy and dangerous); the access to hotel by car only

  "Fantastic. It was our second time to this hotel and it was even better than we'd remembered. " (107605128)

  Fabulous personal service, beautifully furnished and spacious bedrooms and a gorgeous pool area and garden where breakfast is also served.

  Hotel is fairly expensive, but otherwise can't fault anything.

  As you can tell from our rating we loved this hotel. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast was wonderful! The rooms were extremely nicely furnished and very spacious with a lovely terrace area. The pool area was beautiful with the most comfortable sunbeds I've ever come across.

  The only possible drawback is that the hotel doesn't have it's own restaurant, but that said that are a few within walking distance and plenty in nearby Valbonne which is just a few minutes drive.

  "Met expecations and indeed exceeded them on friendliness/cooperation of staff eg. up at 6am - breakfast didn't commence until 7 - but I was invited to help myself - excellent!" (99396484)

  Although not five star it was extremely good value.

  Nothing apart from normal gripe of what TV channels are availbale in French Hotels. CNN is so poor as the only english speaking channel.

  The staff and the hotel managed to make it as cosy as home yet maintained a high professional standard.

  I can honestly say that there were no dislikes.
