  "Overall, the hotel was good and in a great location. The good points are far more memorable than the bad, which really are just minor things and didn't affect my stay. " (107576124)

  All front desk staff were excellent and very friendly and welcoming. I wish to give them my thanks. The hotel is an excellent location for all attractions in Nice and also an ideal central place for both the train and bus station.

  Plug/electrical sockets in room were loose which looked a bit of a health and safety hazard. No additional pillows were in the room and the one I had was quite hard. No coffee making facilities in the room, but this may be standard in french hotels. Coffee was available in the vending machine in the reception area.

  "Generally, I was pleased with my stay. The room was a little small, and I was expecting a room with a balcony, but I guess one was not available. The locations was excellent: within walking distance of the train station and the beach/old town/promenade/multiple restaurants/shopping." (107607736)

  J.at the front desk was very helpful and made some good recommendations for both restaurants and activities/sights.

  I think the breakfast could be changed a bit. It was the EXACT same bread/pastries ever morning. A little cheese and meat would also have been nice, as all carbohydrates for breakfast every day is a bit much!

  "We chose this hotel from a recommendation in Rick Steve's travel book for France. It was rated 2 stars which we would agree with. It was a good value and quiet." (99940142)

  The room was a good size and very well decorated and very clean. The bath was large but the shower was very small. The location was good with a 15-minute walk to the seaside and about the same to the train station.

  The owner/desk clerk was not very friendly and not very helpful when asked for recommendations.

  "Breakfast is not included and the lifts are an experience in themselves !!" (99164634)

  Very convenient for train station. Good value for money and helpful staff

  "Good location. The hotel is very convenient for Nice Station and is about 15 minutes'walk from the old town and promenade" (99980790)

  I had a quiet room at the back of the hotel. The staff were very helpful and the front desk people were very fluent in English
