  Even though we turned up on a Sunday and no one was at the reception as it was closed till a later time, they were very helpful and someone helped us get into our room.

  Convenient for town. Well heated (it was December) Very nice to have the facility of an appartment. Staff very friendly and helpful.

  "Excellent location near some good restaurants and shops. Rooms on the garden side are South-West facing and probably more congenial when using the balcony (as opposed to those on the road side). Apartment hotels do not have many in-house facilities but are excellent for the independent traveller who likes to self cater or use the local restaurants. No problem parking in the off season although we still used the garage at the hotel." (97153924)

  Everything was as described, clean and in good order. The rooms were cleaned daily & towels changed, and the staff were friendly and efficient.

  Kitchen equipment a little limited - no electric kettle (this is normal in France so took our own) or grill/toaster. But we anticipated this.

  entretien des equipements : flexible de douche cassée, pas de porte de placard dans la chambre, cafetière qui fuit,panneau de beignoire manquant...

  "We were advised that the staff could not supply us with an additional roll of toilet paper for our stay. Seems odd for a hotel of your standard. The front desk person later facilitated us - as the shops were then closed. Departure time was not highlighted to us, prior to our day of departure. This would have been nice to know so as to better plan our time of departure." (99123444)

  Layout was good. Facilities were ok for our group.

  No cleaning by hotel staff during our stay - we at least expected our bed sheets to be changed and soild ones taken away.

  "Yes I would stay in this Hotel again, the rooms where clean, good value for your money and it was great to be right in the centre of Biarritz, everything was in walking distance." (99686340)

  I liked that everything required for self catering was available in the apartment. When something was broken, it was fixed immediately.

  I did not like the fact that the television programs, where all in Spanish and French, I believe that in this day and age a 4 star accommodation should have a few English speaking channels.
