    Excellent firm bed, large room and good bathroom facilities. Reception staff were very friendly. Hotel easily accessible to walk to and from La Rochelle centre.

    "la chambre a offert une écrin propre et confortable lors de notre séjour, le petit déjeuner était copieux,l'hôtel se trouve à proximité du centre ville, le séjour fut très agréable dans son ensemble, le personnel est disponible et accueillant,bon rapport qualité prix." (97826083)

    chambre et literie propres et confortables, centre ville à proximité, ensemble des prestations est bon.

    Il n'y en a pas de points déterminants seulement il est à signaler que l'entrée et la sortie de l'hôtel sont peu contrôlées!

    "Overall we had a very comfortable stay. All staff were extremely helpful and free with assistance and directions when asked.Hotel was ideally placed for our needs (quiet but within easy walking distance of town centre)" (97376933)

    Clenliness, comfort & high standard of accommodation. Helpfull courteous staff.

    room safe deposit box inoperable, but we were allowed to deposit valuables with reception. (minor inconvienience)

    "The hotel was a few minutes walk from the old port which didn't worry us, but there are plenty of hotels much closer and in more attractive areas. The receptionist was very friendly and the check in process was the smoothest I have ever known. When we asked, a map of La Rochelle was produced instantly. The breakfast was ok but there wasn't much choice and no hot food at all. Nevertheless, it was a relaxed experience. Underground parking was excellent but why charge for this? The hotel decor didn't appeal to me but that is only a personal view. I would say that the hotel is geared towards offering a good business package rather than leisure." (99506990)

    spacious room with a very modern and well equipped bathroom. Good air conditioning and a comfortable bed.

    unattractive view over the carpark. No mugs/cups to make hot drinks. Disliked the colour scheme and chrome bedside tables. Coridoors very dark as lights on timer.

    proprete des lieux, la personne a la reception a passe un peignoir puisque mes bagages n etaient pas arrives.

    "A very nice modern hotel well situated within easy walking distance of the old part of La Rochelle. The room was clean, quite and comfortable and a very good breakfast in the morning." (99343648)

    Modern, clean and well situated.

    No breakfast tea - tea bags in the room, and it would have been nice to have some milk and mugs rather than glasses.
