    "Very pleasant, hotel very convenient for our purpose, with an comfortable room, and adequate breakfast. (Not included in tariff, but reasonably priced). " (107575497)

    Location, service, price and friendliness.

    Shower area very slippy in use, no drawer storage, only hand towels no bath towels, which resulted in the towels being damp all day after your morning shower.

    "Paris is too lovely not to enjoy a stay there! The convenience of the hotel outweighed any of the minor bad points. We had a lovely time." (108108619)

    Good location and value for money. Room small, but comfortable, warm and clean. The bathroom was clean and modern; the shower hot and with good water pressure.

    Staff were efficient rather than friendly, but seemed to warm to us a bit as our week went on. The towels were very small - hand towels only. No lounge area for guests, particularly since wifi only worked in the small hotel lobby. A wider wifi range to allow internet access in our room would have been great.

    Bruit (de ventilation?) dans la chambre tout au long de la nuit. Pas de petit déjeuner disponible ce dimanche matin à 6h30. Tarif un peu élevé par rapport à d'autres hotels dans le même secteur et la même catégorie

    "We have stayed several times in the past and find the hotel clean and quiet. The prices have risen but the quality of provision is still basic so not as good value as before." (107167219)

    Quiet as long as the room was at the back. Convenient for underground. Twin bedded room a good size.

    Breakfast no longer included in the price. Rubber sheet on bed=hot. Towels too small. No longer 10% discount for loyal customers.

    geographically very near to the place i was visiting. good location.

    bathroom and toilet weren't very nice. Bedsheets were itchy.

    "In general, the stay in hotel is good and I like online booking. Hope ActiveHotel improve its service and the hotel staff work more "proactively"." (107103604)

    1) Convenient for booking through ActiveHotel; 2) Clear indication of the locations for hotel & parking places; 3) Many tourist brochures available in the hotel.

    1) Introduction to the hotel facilities not performed at check-in, even if a brief one; 2) "Continental breakfast" & price clearly indicated in the ActiveHotel booking info, but actually not offered in the hotel -- info update needed in ActiveHotel info system; 3) More & detailed work should have been performed by ActiveHotel before sending snesitive info to its customer (e.g. an email sent to me by ActiveHotel on the morning of the check-in day, while I was on the way driving to the hotel. This email says my American Express card may be rejected by hotel and my reservation may be cancelled by hotel -- causing confusion a lot!)

    "Our stay was wonderful. The hotel is great for the price. It is clean and easy to get to." (97096377)

    The location. There were plenty of restaurants and it was close to the Metro station where all we had to do was get up and jump on the train to the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame and the Varsailles.

    The computers were not working properly and they were not connected to the a printer so, we had to forward our boarding passes to the hotel email and paid .50E per page w/out any notice.

    the location of course, being close to the metro station, Parc de la Villette and many restaurants, cafes or takeways.

    the towels provided are too small. the lift was out of order on day we check out and we have to carry down our big luggages from third floor, maybe it's just our bad luck
