    Good breakfast service, friendly receptionist ,nice aquapark in the town

    Hardly to get the taxi , poor public transport around the town

    bon accueil, personnel disponible et qui parle français, propreté, proximité du centre (place St Marc), réception 24h/24, lit de bonne qualité

    Chambre un peu exigüe, les produits du petit déjeuner étaient suffisants en quantité mais faibles en qualité (jus de fruit horrible), mauvaise isolation phonique des chambres

    Nice staff, clean room and good service. Extra bed in room already there when we arraived. We arraived late, but they could bring hot food to the room.

    No confirmation before arraiving that it was ok to bring an extra bed to a two-person room. I was just giving information that it was not sure that the hotel could provide an extra bed. It would be great to bee informed in advanced that it was ok. It would be great to have some description how to get there by car in the reservation sheet. Hard to find if you don't have any map. Breakfast had the same price (7 euro) for adults and children.

    The hotel has a very convenient location. When arriving at Beauvais Airport you can take a shuttle downtown, and it takes 8 minutes to get at the hotel (which at the stop Maillard). The staff was very friendly, co-operative and helpful. The hotel has wi-fi and satellite TV (even if it's cable, I was able to watch BBC, which is just fantastic). We stayed at quite a big triple room, which has been newly renovated. It was nice, clean, and the bathroom was fantastically equipped. The breakfast was great.

    The staff members speak very little English. It is not necessarily a bad thing, I just believe that others should be prepared for it.

    hotel was very good low cost accomodation

    as we travelled from the train station and walked as taxis are not very common in Beauvais could have been better direction given as hotel is in a out of way position

    "I would have liked a hookup to a map showing us how to find the hotel. We drove around asking for help for about an hour before actually finding the place. The rooms were so small two people could barely move about. I was hoping the hotel would be near something, especially a restaurant for dinner." (97282074)

    Very difficult to locate within town. Not near anything of interest. Rooms VERY small.

    "This is a small family run hotel in a peaceful residential location about ten minutes walk from Beauvais town centre. The owner, who met us on arrival, was friendly and helpful. The bedroom was on the small side - ok for one night but we wouldn't have liked to have been staying any longer. The breakfast room was bright and cheerful and there was plenty of hot coffee. All the staff members we met were pleasant and helpful. All in all, it was reasonable value at " (97169598)

    There was no door between the little shower/toilet room and the bedroom. This is surely not up to standard for a double or twin room.

    "we were happy to get to the hotel, they were very good to keep the reception open to receive us (and other travelers who shared the taxi with us) as they usually only stay open until 10 PM. when we arrived at 11 pm the owner was at the reception and was very friendly and welcoming. The owner also went out of her way to assist us the following morning to get to the train station as there were no taxis available. She drove us which was a wonderful gesture and accomodation to her guests." (99583527)

    "We were given a warm welcome.The hotel was clean and very quiet.It is decorated to a good standard (our room had a new shower with excellent facilities).The excellent continental breakfast was served in a very pleasant dining room.L'accueil etait excellent.L'hotel est propre et dans un endroit tres calme.Le niveau de decoration est haut (il y avait une douche toute neuve dans notre chambre) Le petit dejeuner genereux etait servi dans une salle a manger tres agreable" (99671957)
