    Fairly central to amenities. Very pleasant breakfast room. Excellent buffet breakfast. Adequate street parking can be found close to the hotel.

    Some rooms are on the side of the main road out of Wimereau

    Close to beach, nice and central. Good size shower, British TV channels. There is a lift. Quiet and clean, nice bar and lounge downstairs as well to chill out in.

    Smallish rooms - but they do have air conditioning and good double glazing.

    Quiet AC. Large bathroom. Very quiet rooms; even though the hotel is on the D940 and our room faced the road, we did not hear the noise (same with the kids). Further to that point, the rooms were so well insulated that we didn't hear our neighbours (and as far as I know, they didn't hear our noisy kids). Nice area to sit outside and have a visit with friends. Within 1-2 min walk to amenities and restaurants in the center of town. Within short walking distance to the beach. This hotel is very reasonable for a long stay in Wimereux.

    The bed was very comfortable but had a slight lean to it. There was no mini-fridge or kettle in the room, so we found ourselves buying small perishable items at the local grocery store to hold us over. We expected this before arriving, but is something we'll look for when traveling with the kids again. Really minor point: the elevator didn't have a "close" button; when boarding, we had to wait a while for the doors to close.

    Clean good size rooms. Excellent decor. Very good location, near to beach, shops and cafes/restaurants.

    Could hear occupants above us walking around, showering. Unable to sleep on first night due to band playing.

    V. good bathrooms. Good size bedrooms. Staff helpful and quietly polite. Breakfast taken one morning, there was a very good buffet. The location of the hotel near the town and the beach was excellent.

    no provision of bottled water in bedroom.

    Good location - flat 2 min walk to the beach and town. Nice room, good welcome, very good breakfast, small bar, some English language TV.

    Having said what we said below about the door to the shower room, it wouldnt deter us from staying again, as we loved it, all the staff were very welcoming, there is an outside patio area which we took advantage of, private parking and a very clean and pleasant hotel.

    We laughed at the glass doors to the shower room/toilet, although it was cloudy glass, when the light was on you could totally see through it from the bedroom and as the bed was directly opposite the door to the toilet it was rather embarrassing, but we discovered that if you left the light off in the bathroom it was ok and the light from the bedroom was sufficient.

    Lovely clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff, close to beach and town.

    Our room overlooked a busy road and was very noisy with traffic racing past. We had to close the windows at night, even though it was hot. The toilet was very low - not good for elderly or disabled guests. The mirror over the dressing table was too high, I could just see the top of my head and I'm quite tall.

    Room lighting inadequate - only two bedside lights and one small table lamp by window. Unable to read except when sitting in bed and even that was not really satisfactory. Room (special offer rate) was at back of hotel with uninspiring view of car-park.

    Clean and spacious family room; modern decor; lovely shower; friendly staff; relaxed atmosphere.

    Breakfast is overpriced - nip out to the local artisan bakery instead! There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

    The hotel is good value for money, rooms are quite small but adequate for a weekend break as do not want to spend all the time in the room.

    Breakfast was expensive and not particularly good value for money.

    Clean, well-furnished room. Excellent location - not far from Calais or Boulogne. Good restaurants nearby.

    The hotel was very clean, tidy and modern. Shared a twin room with my friend. We both loved the bathroom which was very modern with lovely shower/bath. It was a great start to the rest of our holiday in France. Wimereux is also a great location!

    The car park is very tight and tiny but there is plenty of free parking nearby at the river.

    "We booked a quadruple room and it was excellent. A good spacious, clean and confortable room. The hotel has been well refurbished and offers a modern and contemporary style, at a reasonably priced tariff. The breakfast was good and all four of us ate loads! We were just on a weekend break and toured from Calais to Le Touquet. We will no doubt do it again and I would definitely stay at the St Jean and recommend it to my friends. Really recommended!"     Very friendly staff who coped well with our franglais! It is a very quaint small hotel, nicely refurbished and quite trendy!

    If anything - a kettle in the room would have been good although we ordered tea in the morning and it arrived quickly with no fuss!
