    Size, cleanliness and specification of rooms is superb value for money as is the security or parking. Close to the town centre and other transport links.

    Our requirement to pay individually using different methods of payment was met with confusion from staff upon check-in, and subsequent unacceptable attitude and accusation of dishonesty!

    Access to the hotel was very good and the underground parking was cheap at 5 euro's per night. The hotel was also located very nr the local shops bars etc.

    The bed is awful and hurts your back

    Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Bonne situation géographique. Un 2 pièces avec tout le nécessaire.

    Matelas du salon trop fin, le réveil a été douloureux ! Un miroir supplémentaire n'aurait pas été de trop !

    Underground parking a great plus, very reasonable at 5euros a night

    A double/twin room was booked but it turned out to single bed and pull out bed.

    - pas de moquette au sol nid à saleté dasn les endroits collectifs -Studio très bien conçu bien équipé déco agréable et moderne -baignoire dans la SDB - WC indépendants - proche du centre ville

    - manque un miroir grand format dans l'entrée il y a la place pourtant !! -les aérations laissent passer le bruit de la rue alors qu'il y a un double vitrage, nous avons mal dormi - pas de boulangerie ouverte le dimanche matin à proximité prévoir la veille pour le petit dèjeuner

    Booking was easy, we arrived fairly late in the evening but had no problem with checkin. it was quiet apart from hearing few loud cars and everything worked to a good standard.

    check out was a little early. it would have been great if there was a small shop by the reception selling few necessities.

    A well appointed hotel. Pleasent staff, nice location. All round a good place to stay.

    A bit hot in summer so taht with no Air Conditioning the windows need leaving opening which leaves the street noise free entry.

    Easy to find and very convenient for town centre. Excellent covered and secure parking. Quiet.

    No cereal bowls in the room and no coffee filter paper supplied for machine. More pillows would have been good.

    "Excellent séjour, studio très spacieux et literie de très bonne qualité." (97256926)

    Le concept d'appartement tout équipé est vraiment génial! La télé écran plat avec DVD/DIVIX intégré nous a vraiment séduit ainsi que l'accès à canal+.

    Dommage que la salle de gym ne soit ouverte que lors des ouvertures du bureau et ne fonctionne pas avec la carte qui fait office de clef.Nous étions là pour fêter le jour de l'an, le 1er janvier étant férié nous aurions aimé pouvoir en profiter un peu.

    Location, price

    Towels, bedding and bins were not changed the 4 days we were there and reception was only open for a few hours and not at all on a Sunday. Lack of information, particularly on parking facility. There was an underground car park but reception did not tell me I had to request a key fob and have my room key activated before we could get in so we ended up parking on a meter outside which was very inconvenient with a 1 year old baby. We eventually got into the car park on the day before we left when reception was back open again. We arrived after 1pm on Sat so reception was closed until 8am Monday morning. Also, there was no duvet or heavy blanket on the bed only a couple of sheets and a thin fleece throw, and unfortunately it was a particularly cold weekend so we had to have the wall heaters on full blast to keep warm.

    "This accomodation was well positioned and perfectly located for visiting the area and walking to key sites. The Appartment was roomy and afforded considerably more living area than a regular hotel room. It also had a fully equipped kitchen which was a bonus. We would definitely recommend this residence for anyone visiting for either leisure or business." (97152380)

    Spacious and very convenient, also on site secure parking was a bonus.

    The bed was not great.

    "This is a great hotel for a stopover, or if you are staying in Reims for a longer time - particularly if you are travelling with children, as you don't have to all be crammed into 1 room. It is clean and spacious and the location is excellent - no more than 10 minutes walk to the town centre, with a bakery and supermarket just down the road. Parking is not included (4 Euros per night), but is worth paying for, as there is not much on-road parking around the hotel. The parking area is very secure, with direct access to reception and rooms. Would definitely recommend, and would use again if I was in Reims." (99229500)

    "A recently built aparthotel near the railway station now being prepared for the TGV, so be prepared for more construction work nearby. A short walk from the town centre, it is also near the Musee de la Reddition, one of several places where Germany surrendered.
