    "Positive. Would recommend as good value for money and very clean." (108182115)

    Attractive reception. Friendly and efficient check in. Helpful staff - especially as they spoke English. Very clean premises.

    Greatest difficulty was finding the location. Instructions are very poor and we had to keep stopping and asking for help as it was raining very hard. Breakfast - had to ask for more bread and eat the last croissant.

    the toilet in the room flushed all night long, there was a condom wrapper on the bed, the staff spoke no English, the fire alarm sounded at 4 a.m. and no one was able to give us any information as the staff spoke no English

    Insufficient towels/beakers provided for three people booked in. Bunk bed dangerous - no means of support above bed height, and steps inadequate and slippery

    "After a slow start the stay was ok, I had booked 2 disabled rooms and only one room was big enough for disabled. They were both on the ground floor and we managed. I would book this hotel again as it offered good value." (108981160)

    Basic but clean, comfortable bed, excellant continental breakfast. Helpful staff

    Check in was supposed to be available from 1700hrs. No one arrived to man the reception desk until after 1730. There were several travellers waiting to check in and the automated system did not work, nor did the contact number when phoned. The drinks machine did not dispense hot drinks correctly, however the receptionist stepped in and made coffee for us with the 'breakfast machine'

    Very polite, helpful & friendly staff. Very good breakfast.

    Room a little small, especially the bathroom. Room and contents all appeared to be in need of decoration and new linen.

    Cheap, convenient stop off location near Calais, clean, decent (if somwhat cramped) shower, helpful staff, quite good breakfast, lots of safe parking.

    No restaurants, bars or shops within close walking distance.

    The bed was comfortable.

    Very very basic and we felt that the on suite facilities very small. It was just like a caravan. You could not move around in the shower. You were only provided with small hand towels The Bunk bed for a child which was situated over the double bed was very low and we kept hitting our heads on it.

    No satellite t.v ,only French speaking channels,not good for international visitors Only small towels supplied and no soap on sinks

    Requested non-smoking room and was given a non-smoking room. The room was basic but clean. The room had TV and a cable channel included. No tea/coffee making facilities.

    clean basic room

    hard to find. if anyone looking for it - go into town centre. look for glass centre piece on roundabout and go straight on along road with bridges overhead. on industrial site. about 5 minutes along that road on left. check-in but flat - no warmth from staff. no lift. room very basic. cigarette stains in bed covers and sink.

    I had indicated on booking that we had a dog but the hotel was not aware of this. The lady on duty was very helpful, finding us a room on the ground floor; helpful with the dog and with the fact that my husband had his leg in plaster. We were given a disabled room. The lady also fixed a faulty WC very quickly.

    Facilities okay with microwave available for guests. This proved to be quite good. The internet connection was speedy and seamless unlike other hotels that we have stayed in.

    Shower space too small!!!!

    Breakfast was good

    Shower room was dirty plus shower curtain was disgustingly dirty. There was a bunk bed directly over the double bed which was most unpleasant. Also no bath towels were provided but we were not advised of this prior to arrival. The bedroom was very poorly decorated and not pleasant to stay in. The hotel was difficult to find and no proper directions were given. There was also no convenient nearby place to eat dinner which after a long day travelling was not good for us.

    disabled room only had one double bed, so no bed for the carer. bathroom sliding door in disabled room broken.

    "saubere Zimmer, alles notwendige vorhanden, sehr kleines Bad. Für den Preis ok. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Der Preis der onlinereservierung sollte plötzlich nicht mehr gelten und das Zimmer 30% mehr Kosten. erst nach zähen 1 stündigen Verhandlungen mit dem unqulifizierten Nachtportier wurde die reservierung zum online Preis akzeptiert" (97455120)

    Preis Leistung, gute Lage zur Autobahn

    Der online gebuchte Zimmerpreis sollte vor Ort plötzlich nicht mehr gelten und es sollten 30% mehr bezahlt werden. Erst nach einstündiger verhandlung mit völlig überfordertem Personal wurde die bestätigte Reservierung zum vereinbarten Preis akzeptiert.

    "Cheap and cheerful, clean very small rooms even smaller bathrooms. But everything worked, the staff were very pleasant and helpful and the continental breakfast had fresh bread and croissant. The walls are very thin so quite noisy and the nearest restaurants are a 10 min drive." (97452425)

    "Accommodation was basic but clean and servicable. We should have booked the breakfast, which was very reasonably priced and looked fresh and tasty, and would have prevented having to stop so soon on the journey for food!" (97152422)

    Perfectly adequate for what was needed. Somewhere to stop for a quick sleep on a long journey.

    The hotel was not easy to find- directions could have been better. Receptionist could have been more welcoming (ie:spoken!)
