    "It's a value for money hotel you get what you pay for. It's a three star hotel and as such is reasonably priced. If you are expecting more you will need to pay more elsewhere." (107993772)

    Friendly staff and lovely view of the Atlantic ocean and in a good location for Biarritz.

    The studio for four people is very small. The "second" bedroom is an alcove! Not really designed for four adults but more for a family. The beds are uncomfortable.

    Helpful pleasant staff most speaking good English Good situation close to all amenities and beach Upper floors have great views over the sea

    Could do with better double glazing but ok if you don't mind the constant sound of the surf. No hairdryer or kettle

The checking in/out process was both trouble free and pleasant. Staff were courteous and helpful. The suite of rooms was clean, airy & modern and cooking & bathroom facilities were exemplary.     The view from the balcony. Flexibility of having a kitchenette area and dining area. Comfortable beds. Plenty of wardrobe space.

    Dodgy shower which alternated between being very hot and very cold on the same setting. Lack of information in the room - some in English would have been appreciated.

    "All in all the accommodation was very good and would definitely stay there again. It was in a prime position to access the wonderful restuarants and bars and the surfing or sunbathing beaches if needed. We hired a car and found some great beaches up the coast - Ondres in worth a visit. Quiet beach but has a couple of good restuarants on the beach. We also found all the locals were very friendly and although little English spoken they are very helpful when you try to use the little French you may know. A visit to the indoor food market is a must with such a wonderful display of fish, meet, cheese and fruit a veg. We could learn a trick or two about how to display our produce to make it more attractive. The Chex Albert restuarant on the edge of the Port de Pecheur is expensive and to be honest not really worth the cost. Yes it serves fresh fish but so do lots of other restuarants at half the price. The dessert were very good though! All in all a great holiday. Thanks to all." (99945855)

    the size of the room and the equipment along with the cleanliness over the whole two weeks with fresh towels every day and clean bed linen at least three times.

    unfortunately it could be little noisey outside between about 2 and 3am due to surfers returning home after shutting of bars. It was a for a short time but could interrupt sleep. May be preferable to have room overlooking pool rather than the sea.

    "Enjoyed our 3 day stay.Weather not good,but made the most of it.Hotel fairly difficult to locate,a more detailed map of the location would have helped.Staff extremely helpful at reception.Tried the restaurant one evening.Shown to table.Waited 15 minutes.     "Maybe the shuttle bus could have been put to more use. Collecting and leaving guests to airport, train station or to nearby towns and villages (for a small fee) other than having to pay taxi cabs. I stayed in the hotel in May but maybe this facility is there in the summer months when the hotel is much busier." (99724482)

    the staff were very friendly and the hotel very clean. We had our dinner in the hotel most nights and found it good value for money.

    Perhaps some entertainment at night.

    "The age profile of the guests - we stayed for 7 nights and the majority were old age pensioners. I would not recommend this hotel to young couples, however it would suit older guests" (99676461)

    The location was very central It was quiet and tranquil, staff were very pleasant

    The age profile of other guests - seemed to be all OAPs, not ideal for a young couple in our 20's. The cleaner coming into the room with her own key at 10:30am and insisting on doing the cleaning while we were still in the room and had the 'do not Disturb' sign on

Hotel really well situated in Biarritz - only a few minutes walk from centre of town, and from beaches, cliff walks etc. Staff very helpful. Breakfast serving area rather small, even at an off-peak time of year.     We booked a 4 berth suite so we had much more room than a hotel room. A fridge and a good sized balconey.

    Could'nt open the window in the bunk room so it was a bit hot.

    The staff were very friendly and helpful. The shower was great. It was very handy to have a little kitchen with a fridge so you could have a snack if you wished.

    If you were immobile or were elderly the hotel was up a steep hill. Also we took the bus so the hotel wasn't very well signposted, when we got off the bus.
